I counted 11 cities and towns responding to the fire. Since I grew up in one of those, the audio was of particular interest to me. It's notable how close those towns are to each other, though they didn't seem especially close when I was growing up. Now I live in Dallas, TX. Probably half of Essex County would fit inside the sprawling city limits of Dallas. Had that fire occurred here, likely there would be no mutual aid requested. It could have been handled by the crews of about 8 DFD stations. Still, the different geographies and differences in communication styles between Boxford and Dallas made this a great audio to listen to. It brought back old memories.
Loads of townships responding 👍👍👍

They sent a tanker from Billerica, about 40 mins away...
Good job, guys.
Is boxford a volunteer Dept?
They have staffing of 3 but only M-F 8-4
Do Medway fire
This thing sounds like a cluster. Dispatcher and fire scene miscommunicate a lot.
