2019 Gallup poll found that 51% of Americans aged 18 to 29 had a positive view of socialism, while 45% had a positive view of capitalism.
2021 poll conducted by the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School found that 55% of Americans aged 18 to 29 said they would prefer living in a socialist country over a capitalist one.
In socialism, the government or the whole community owns and controls the things needed to make and produce goods and services.

I watched this message about a year ago and replayed it about three times. Since then I've been trying to find it. This is a critical message for the American church and generally people of the "free world" and western civilization. America is no longer a constitutional republic but a Marxist country. Freedom has been sacrificed at the altar of "social justice." What has been lost will never be reclaimed until the Messiah of Israel gives it back at the appointed day of restoration. There is no going back to "normal" because the laws and the evil we have accepted and tolerated can not allow going back. America needs to repent and return back to the Lord and back to our Judeo-Christian foundations and moral values. Very sad that our freedom has been exchanged for a lie and sold for a bottle of wine and pair of sandals. Very sad. Praise Jesus Christ for restoration and the gospel of salvation! Yes, one more thing that should be mentioned is that Communist dictators do not live at the same low financial strata as their people. No, they live high! They take from the capitalistic system and distribute largely to the leader and the very small number of party members that lead.

Politics are important and should be preached. Believers and non Believers who vote need to know about the issues and whose values line up with God's values and His Word. We will be accountable how we vote. If we vote for someone who is for abortion and we know that God hates murder and the shedding of innocent blood or we don't vote when our vote could have prevented someone who believes in abortion gets elected. We will have to give an account.

Can you also preach about democracy? This was the Roman system that crucified Jesus and the people voted for Barabbas instead of Jesus to be set free. I can’t find democracy mentioned anywhere else in the Scriptures but I do know realise that Jesus is coming back as the JEWISH King of Kings in Israel; not as a democratically elected deity.
I prefer the term 'free market'. The word capitalism certainly has some bad connotations and is not fair if all competition is wiped out (to capitalise). A free and fair market is good. And socialism, by the way, is absolute garbage..

You have no concept on what socialism is. If you want to actually learn what we believe than ask. I want to take nothing more than most Americans have already given. I want the rich to give more. I want those who own us to be no more. The people who are the owners of capital. Corporations and privatize necessities. No one should be bankrupt for taking an ambulance to a hospital. Which costs around $2,000. Not even talking the cost of the actual hospital. EMS is a public Service. We all know this. Yet why is it privately owned? Do our firefighters work this way? Do our police? Why is it that nearly everyone hates what they do and gets paid the bare minimum? Why is it people are so often afraid to ask for a raise. You know the answer. Ask what we believe if for no other reason than to see how wrong you think I am.

Honestly speaking I don’t like such content, because everything has a positive and negative side, as socialism has negative things capitalism also have a lot of negative side, there are a lot of things that seem good but deeply evil . We don’t have to be deceived with devils advocate, I have been seeing systematic adaptation of of evil act with name of democracy & tolerance, I am not against democracy and tolerance, however I do not accept evil agenda with name tag .that’s why Christian should focus on bible instead of political ideology, that doesn’t mean Christian should not be politicians or government officials, rather they need to obey God’s will.

Vlad, with all due respect, China has lifted 800 million people out of poverty over the last 40 years, and brought peace, prosperity and hope to 1.4 bn people, unprecedented in its 5,000 year history. China ranks 76 in 2023 world corruption index, much better than Ukraine at 106, even USA ranks only 24. Christianity is officially recognised and allowed in China, and it’s one of the largest (100+ million) and fastest growing (7% annually) churches in the world even with the gov’t. restrictions imposed on it. China prints over 70 million Bibles annually. China calls itself a “socialist” country, so obviously we have different takes and views on “socialism”. The gov’t. in China is not perfect, no gov’t. is perfect, but God is doing great work in China.
Political systems are all man made, they come and go. The Kingdom of God is eternal and Christ reigns supreme, it is neither, socialist nor capitalist nor a democracy.
Sermons should be about our spiritual salvation and our relationship with our Lord Jesus, and not about politics and political systems. Politics is also an idolatry.

The average Christian is unbelievably miseducated on this topic and doesn’t truly understand how economics, history, politics and religion all connect.
As with most polarizing subjects there’s this push to pick a side when I believe both ideologies have biblical precedent and societal benefits. There are good points made here but most of them are social viewpoints that don’t delve into the nature of these economic systems and their impact on humanity. Saying “Christ” is the solution is typical Christian simplification. Ask yourselves this, which system would benefit the end times church more ? Is it capitalism? a communal way of life? OR both ? I say all this to say, I’d be very careful with black and white narratives that are set in stone.

Not true. Younger than 18s are getting surgeries and puberty does not just pick up where it left off. Also, they’re usually taking hormones. In girls, this can mean a permanently deepened voice and loss of hair. Please look into it
When you talk about the dark side of communism/socialism, you also have to talk about the dark side of capitalism, which created socialism as a counter-reaction and keeps it alive to this day thanks to the extremely unjust elitist financial+industrial capitalism!
Surely Jesus would be more “pro-socialist” than “pro-capitalist”? There was and is also Catholic and Protestant social teaching, and not all socialists are automatically atheists.
