Laurie is my favorite gymnast in Rio 2016. She may not be as amazing as Simone or Aly but I just love her so much there is definitely something special about her!

Don’t tell me it’s useless to do gymnastics, don’t tell me it’s a waste of time, don’t tell me it’s easy. It’s it easy, and when I miss training for a holiday, don’t tell me it’s fine, that’s 5 hours of training missed for a stupid holiday, and when I break a bone, and still keep training as hard as it is possible, don’t tell me to chill out. When I miss school, don’t tell me school is more important, when I tell you school is just a part of life, don’t tell me gymnastics is just a part life too, because it’s not, for most gymnasts, it’s not just a part of their life, it is their life, don’t you dare, tell me otherwise because you won’t convince me
