The winder with the snake is a great find. The snake is called an Ouroborous. In jewellery is it supposed to signify eternity and eternal love. Its an old symbol with lots of history so a great find. Plenty info on wikipedia - regards Phill

Beautiful coin. I've got the Equinox 800. Tempted by the Manticore.
Thank you mate, great machine the 800 and manticore would be a very worthy upgrade 👍. I think you'll find that you will start sniffing out the targets beside the iron, that the 800 has missed 👌.

Great find on the Henry VIII coin. Question: When you use the legend what coil do you generally use?
Thank you 😊. I loved using the LG30 on the legend. Once I put it on the machine, I never went back to the LG28 👍
What a stunning Henry 8th hammered Dan, I'm looking at upgrading to the legend from the simplex plus I'd love your opinion on what kind of a machine it is pal (would love a manticore) but penny's won't allow 😢 😂😂
Definitely worth the upgrade to the legend mate, its a fantastic machine for the money. Its no manticore, but you wouldn't be disappointed. Your finds would be hugely improved over the simplex 👌.

Give your settings a go do you know if you can save settings on the manticore ? As asked a few but no one yet answered the question 👍 Shaune in Kent
So first thing to do is select your search mode. Then for each mode, you can set a custom profile/ discrimination pattern. Go up to ferrous limits and select custom 1. I believe you can set up more than one custom profile for each search mode 👍
@@DiggerDanMetalDetecting thanks will add your program to my selection all you need now is the dji drone lol I’ve got one and it’s easy to fly and gives you some great footage too I’ll wait to see ok 👍
