After searching endlessly for hours and hours with a treasure Compass, remarking every icon on the map 3 separate times. I could not find my last chest. I've watched at tutorials that are 9 hours long still could not find this chest. I went as far as messaging customer service. I finally found the chest, it was a mini puzzle that I done before. apparently it must have been bugged. Of course customer service said they couldn't help out at all that's what they always do. They have the worst customer service.

Today after messaging customer service, stating there must be a bug. I so happen to go back on that island and there was one Tower, when you first walk through the door. I didnt even mean to break the tower lol. Then I hear a chest popped up, I was so excited. I am finally done running around aimlessly trying to find my last chest.
actually the submerged pillar takes hydro, but hitting the water with anemo could cause it to get wet and "wet" is the hydro debuff (can be turned to swirl (with anemo), crystalize (geo), frozen (cryo), hydro charged (electro), or evaporate (pyro).)
For anyone wondering, all Dandy’s give 3 chests. A common, an exquisite and then a precious chest. You have to do the time trials three times. Edit: I posted this comment before finishing the video since I was on the dandy part and he didn’t do the trial three times
