Haha, I too have a GusGus named after the chubby mouse on Cinderella. He’s a mastiff though. 181 lbs of slobbery love. He’s a mommas boy too.

Hi from India! It was lovely to see your quilting and cross stitch projects. I already have the baby, its cold outside chart but I won't be stitching that this year. I've got other things that I want to stitch and need to stitch 'in my immediate radar' to quote Ms. Laura! I too love Lori Holt quilts, but I don't know how too sew let alone quilt, so this year in summer I'm planning to enroll in sewing classes and one day I want to make her Granny's garden quilt. I can get fully completed hand stitched quilts quite easily here as nowadays a lot of people sell them locally, but I think the joy that you get in creating/making something with your own hands is unparalleled. And thanks for sharing your wonderful projects, they too bring me immense joy. Thanks.

So glad to see you back. Honestly could not hear your dog and doesn’t matter since I am a dog mom, too. I am from Sparta, Wisconsin and about 2 1/2 hours from Country Sampler and Primitive Gatherings. I am working on a wall hanging that Leanne did, Liberty and Justice For All and think about her while I am working on it. I never met her but it is amazing the impact all these flosstubers make on our lives. I would love Baby It’s Cold Outside. Great video!

You showed such beautiful pieces! I’m not too far away (Las Vegas). I’m looking forward to seeing all the new market releases, especially Brenda Gervais. I had missed a lot by working full time for almost 20 years. I had been a stay at home mom too. I have three kids and the middle one was a 32 week preemie. Now I’m home full time again and stitching like it’s my job! I’m not a great sewer but can finish my own pillows, pincushions and vinyl project bags thanks to all the tutorials. So I’m playing catch-up with patterns I missed seeing. I enjoy seeing what you sew.Keep up the great work! 👍❤️😊

I enjoyed hearing about your family coming over from Sweden. What a beautiful sewing machine they used and threads! I am working on a red sampler using some motifs from Beth Twist but incorporating when my grandfather came over from Sweden and trying to research what ship he sailed on. He left my grandmother and 3 children in Sweden when he came to America and settled in North Dakota and worked the land for 7 years before his family came and met him there. It’s wonderful to pass on our heritage to our children in cross stitch. Love all your quilts too.

First, you are going to be a great asset to the floss tube community. Your stitching and your quilts have left me in with an overwhelmed feeling. Hi, I'm from Montana. Your video is great and I think I only heard Gus snore once. I didn't think it was distracting at all. I love all your WIPs and finishes. I also quilt and love prim but also other styles. It's so hard to stay focused on one project. You are so not alone in the "squirrel" department. I just started back into x-stitch. I used to do it in the 80's but I never got into the intricate samplers like you have. I'd love to win "Baby It's Cold Outside" chart. I also love your beautiful project bags. I made some with vinyl for Christmas gifts this year. They are so fun to make. So glad I found your videos!

Your stitching and quilts are beautiful. I just found your channel. I am from a town in Southeast Missouri called Cape Girardeau. It is on the Mississippi River and is the only in-land cape in the United States. It was found by a French explorer. It is more famously known in modern history as the home of Rush Limbaugh. It is beautiful town and it is about 1 1/2 hours from Paducah Kentucky, home of the Paducah Quilt show. This area is steeped in historical significance and was strategic during the Civil War for fighting and especially water control of the Mississippi. It is also about 2 hours south of St. Louis.
I am a quilter and have been stitching for over 40 years. My predominant gender is Reproduction Samplers. 🤗

Hi, Christy. After seeing your "Baby, It's Cold Outside", I would like to stitch it, too. I wasn't initially sure I wanted to, because where I live, we rarely see snow. However, I grew up in Indiana, where we did have snow and cold temps. I would definitely frame it and put it out in the winter. I saw Barb and Leanne at Stitch-Con, always smiling and laughing. (In fact, I am right behind them in their FlossTube filmed at Stitch-Con. I was talking to Kyle of Stitching in Sound, and did not realize they were filming. My husband saw their video and texted me about it. If I had known they were filming, I would have talked to Kyle later. LOL!)
* Your "Baby, It's Cold Outside" finish just struck me as very soft and pretty. I like the different patterns used on the house/barn. I am so impressed by how quickly you stitched it.
* I love Brenda, the Handwork Maniac, too! I met her in person at Stitch-Con 2019, and we filmed a FlossTube together there. I am so inspired by her and by YOU. I met up with Brenda again two weeks after Stitch-Con, at Shepherd's Bush (along with Collette the Highway Stitcher, and Deb of Snug Harbor Crafts). I share a photo of us in my FlossTube #8. I am looking forward to seeing and stitching with Brenda again at the 2020 Stitch-Con. She is just a lovely person to spend time with. I hope you get to stitch with her at The Craft Center again soon. You are so lucky; that is a very nice shop!

I would like the Baby it’s Cold Outside pattern, and I live in Maryland. The bag is gorgeous. I really like the idea of making a quilt to honor Leanne. Will have to look through my patterns to see if I have something appropriate to make up.

I love Bee In My Bonnet by Lori Holt. I just recently found her fabrics and saw her on a Fat Quarter Shop video and love that she is producing cross-stitch now. Your project bags are beautiful and I just got one from Rika! Love it! BBD’s are my favorite! I will get to go to my first retreat in Findlay, OH and take a class with them in June and I can’t wait! I noticed you have an Arrow chair! I have a white one. They are so comfortable! Great for the back! Love your pieces!

Your video was awesome...loved the stories about mother and great grand parents and your beautiful sewing machine...my husband has his grandmother’s Singer treadle machine with all the original attachments...her name was Dora and she made a lot of quilts on that machine...you make really great projects bags...I have not been able to find HSS Baby ITS COLD OUTSIDE...I live in Central Virginia in Mr. Jefferson’s country...we don’t have a quilt shop or a LNS so I love to see haul, fabric, and WIPS...best wishes and happy stitching ❣️
