    Injury ho jayegi dumbell se front shoulder pe is tarah karne se .... Please don't recommend injury prone drills 🙏

      Here is the Proper explanation
      We need to train our muscles for longevity and many other factors and we specifically said to use light to medium weight which is still more than a bat weight
      Injuries are part of sports, I ma qualified coach and Trainer and train in over 10 countries. How would I recommend something which is illogical and Cause injury?
      What about dead lifts?
      What about clean jerk and push?
      What about shuttles?
      What about sliding in the fielding?
      Anyway! Think positive and kindly Accept the change.
