Honestly im happy its quite a bit later than we thought, theyre obviously aware they still have stuff to do and theyre putting the work in and finishing the game before release
I played this with my friend as a duo and it got pretty insane even at easy difficulty which is so rare these days considering most games are almost impossible to loose in pve even on hardest.
I think the best way to go is each player specialising in one thing. One is using Tanks & Heavy mech, the other one only Infantry to support the tanks & the other player only in Support role Artillery, AAA & attack choppers.
Hope they have another open beta, and the number of points you get is just kinda funny because it means you can only use like two or three types of units.
Still no single player skirmish though?! Are they saving the best for last or just avoiding the one thing people have been asking for since red dragon?
I love the game, but I think they need to do some kind of balance for when your teammate just quits in the beginning of the game. Making an AI take over may just lead to feeding points for enemy team, maybe split the resource value of a player with no units on the field to each remaining teammates.
We did this... on US 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I think it took at least 10 attempts. Blufor really has no all-purpose units so it's a struggle bus. We didn't know of the cheeses either. I think we mainly used SEPV2 TUSKs, which did alright, still nowhere near as good as Barbaris
Played this shit out of this mode, managed wave 9 solo! Made specific decks both RU and US for this too, found it pretty tough and i didnt event try hard, only easy and normal. Managed with 1 mate to get to round 14 then lost :(
We did at the end, thanks to the amazing and brand new unit, THEEEEEE BARBARISSS 🎉🎉🎉 Some people suggest to spot the enemy when they spawn and kab them to death but nooooo, that is cheesing. Pure fluid barbaris and t80 and t90 armor play is the way.
I played the first beta and I didn't quite get it down. Im used to the C&C style of rts with base building. Would be cool if someone makes campaign for this based off the Ukraine/Russia war with the actual battles that happened already.
This game will not have this. As well as the Ukrainian army in principle, since the Ukrainian army does not have its own weapons, and the very idea of making battles based on the events that took place is inappropriate - it promotes a conflict that has not yet ended and promotes someone's side. The maximum that can come out in the future is story-based games based on real battles in Ukraine.
@rpavagaer0096 so is inappropriate to make GTA games that are based off of inner city gang life? War games that are based off of fake worlds are boring af.. It doesn't promote war tbh all the people pulling the strings on these wars don't play or pay attention to video games. Games like C&C Generals was based off a lot of cold war and current tech. You sound like a bible thumper that thinks rap music makes people shoot people.
@rpavagaer0096 that didnt stop ww2 games where lots of allied countries had hybrid American tanks and planes. For instance world of tanks has a lot of tanks for the UK and CAN that are American made shermans.
In times like those it's good to think back to the mechanics of the game, i.e what the enemy is doing and how to counter them through counter units and the core game mechanics. Since the game uses a combination of RTS mechanics and real world combined arms warfare it's probably good to have a little bit of everything with your infantry. Since the attacking AI makes heavy use of infantry then it would probably be a good idea to have some sniper teams together with your metis and machine gun teams, with some form of cheap mortar artillery to the rear as well as cheap anti air vehicles to back up your MANPAD teams. The AI also likes their rocket aircraft so having some intermediate AA that you have hidden behind a building would work too with long range AA in hiding towards the rear of the map. Finally you were on to something having ground strike missiles or bombing runs to take out groups of armored vehicles while having your standard main battle tanks handle the stragglers.
You should either get half of what you’d normally get for killing that unit or your units are priced lower. 10 points per kill but still normal price is diabolical

@quantM_ Yeah exactly!

Tower defense mode was the closest thing to co-op without the stress of multiplayer, and I immensely enjoyed it.
I would love to see this in Warno, I think it's a enjoayble way to play yhe game without the pressure of ranked matches
Allows you to really stress your deck and how to counter all things.
We have a date, its something. Thank you for the info.
Holy shit the detail was incredible the first second of the video when you see all the cars and vehicles get blown away from the explosion!
i dont want to wait 6 months. early access that shit for 100$ ill buy it for 5 of my friends. LETS GOOOOOOOO!
Will the full game have more campaign missions?
It will have a full campaign on release.
Hope they have another open beta, and the number of points you get is just kinda funny because it means you can only use like two or three types of units.
Hopefully we get more factions and units

Well that looked painful.

We wanted this to be release early please

Is this still saved footage from the previous beta?
We did at the end, thanks to the amazing and brand new unit, THEEEEEE BARBARISSS 🎉🎉🎉

how he plays BA ??
got a good chuckle out of the singular "congratulation"
In the words of a US general at the battle of the bulge...nuts.

@rpavagaer0096 i also forgot they had early abrams tank games that were based off the Iraq war during the Iraq war.
Unironacally, you should try to use this deck in pvp... when the game releases.
i think last stand would be a better and cooler sounding name rather than tower defence

belt up

You know what would be awesome? If they gave Engineers or special forces units C4 ability like in World in Conflict did…
ok that opener was hilarious
The competitive/cheesy mp guys will hate me but this game just needs base/defensive structure building imo
i hope broken arrow have single player campaign
It will
Absolutely unhappy about the release date, I expected a way better timeline honestly. That being said, the game is awesome without a doubt.
Wouldn’t the more accurate name be wave defense?
I ended up with tower deck. Cheap nasty units with 1 or 2 good trump cards :)
Won only once, it's not easy at all :)
wtf 6 months for release date
its posible to play this today? i uninstalled the game lol
Nope, it will release in june.
There should be one more open beta between now and then for testing the scenario editor and single player.
