Andrew and Danai deserve every award possible they’re both so fucking good dude they single handedly carried this whole series and most of the original series
@@farahahmedkarim377 it’s not filler because the whole plot centres around michonne and Rick getting together. This episode showcases them finally being on the same page.
The focus of their relationship & how bad they needed to let this passionate anger / tension built up between them needed to happen. I love this episode
btw, the song at the end [now permanently on my personal playlist] is 'Asibe Happy' sung in Zulu-- everyone I've seen to react or review this episode has never mentioned the significance... so fitting [english translation] We are happy We in love They tried to break us up They failed Ancestors have agreed That we are both made for each other When we are together I'm happy, happy ...and the chorus Let's be happy my love Let's be happy, be together and it just repeats.... lovely💕
@@SYKADIKTthanx too! I was just intrigued that it had a nice little groove, and I had to find out what they were saying... quick google search, bam. Satisfaction. Was also surprised most people passed over 'tie a yellow ribbon' and its many-layered significance...['what's with this lame happy song?'] in fact all the song choices in the main series and in general have all be been so clever & perfect... love this show so much
❤❤❤❤😂. I love all of you guys reactions and you're so right they deserve all kinds and awards for this episode this show. But Michelle and Rick excellent excellent excellent!!!!!
One of my most favourite episodes in the whole franchise. Also just a little recommendation, I think it’d be a lot better if, during key moments of an episode, you show the multiple different reactor’s reaction to those moments instead of just showing one reaction and then moving on. You’re doing a great job regardless!
I respectfully disagree, I feel when you have multiple people on screen at the same time it really makes it feel too clunky & hard to focus on any one person, I don’t think it’s a bad idea to include multiple people for each of the scenes, but def not on the screen at the same time cuz that reeeeally doesn’t work well
Even if I understand Michonne's mindset (and the people reacting to this episode), but I'm with Rick… the Civic Republic Military have a freaking Apache helicopter or choppers (plural), a Black Hawk is one thing (the less destructive of the two). But these guys aren't the Mayor with a tank or a small capable military force like the Commonwealth, and both of those did major damage to Michonne, Rick and crew. I can imagine the CRM with multiple platoons and air superiority, the kind of damage they would inflict in our protagonist. Maybe if the explosive guy who died survived and met up with Eugene, then maybe they might have an answer for the helicopters. At this point, Alexandria and company don't have the means to deter a gunship attack or a chemical attack from the air. So, like I said, I understand why Rick might be scared.
Do you think people dont argue? Especially after all they've been through apart and together? It's bound to happen, and it's realistic and needs to happen. Keeping pain in is never good.
@@detrenenjoyer8490 they haven't been together in years and they only fully argued in the 4th episode. 1 out of 6 isn't bad. Also they never argued in the main series, just disagreed, and discussed. We've never actually seen them mad at eachother in TWD.
@ that’s what I said. They never were mad at each other in twd and always communicated instead of got angry. I hate how now suddenly they keep getting mad at each other.

God this was probably the best episode written in the show, possibly in the TWD universe if I’m being honest. Props to Danai, amazing writer
Best written but borderline filler
