I have never seen Adam's body language change so fast over someone not wanting to talk about a real situation. The law he referenced (HB1927) is the constitutional carry which you must be 21 to carry a hand gun, in Texas or any other state. Half the states in the country have similar carry laws. As for Adam’s comment on background checks, that’s federal and are the same in every state. Same application form and organization running the checks. Although some states add to this process.
