I just wonder, will you make 'how to play" other board games too? like bolt action, necromunda etc. Because I rly want to play theses game but don't rly know how to play it, plus I couldn't find any good explanation video.
I make them when I get stuck into certain games. The next how to will be my new Zombie skirmish survival game, 'Escape From Huntsville: Population Z!'. I've covered Core Space, Weekend Warriors, Horus Heresy, 40k, and Warcry so far if you'd like to see those.
That would have been the perfect 'giveaway' for them. The one I use is an Army Painter laser, and has helped so much with Kill Team. You can find it here for a good price ... www.firestormgames.co.uk/army-painter---targetlock-laser-line?aff=62d0083ac3fee
Great video. It gives a fantastic insight into the new rules. Many thanks. Can I ask which laser level you’re using for wargaming? Another great idea 👍

im about to buy the into the dark terrain, do you think i can use only do play with these rules, or i can use ita for the normal games too? the new rules apply only with this terrain? Sorry im really new about kill team!
Yes, you can use the terrain normal games and build the walls in small section to replicate terrain like you would find in Octarius, for example. The only thing you'll find is that there are no platforms, so although you'll have the walls, there will be nothing to put on top of them for the models to stand on. You could lay a wall piece flat, but it's not ideal. The Into the Dark rules are my favourite for Kill Team, especially if you are new to the game. I think it's easier to learn and teach with the Into the Dark terrain and rules. As a bonus you can also use the terrain in my own game creation, Rogue Warriors! 🤣
@@tabletopskirmishgames thankyouuu Sorry for my bad English, so the rules for into the dark are restricted to into the dark itself or are like an expansion to the rules to use in every game? I hope I've made a clear message ahaha
It also seems to lock out what should be very useful/applicable traits like the Kommando Breacha Boy and the Writhing Ingress ploy of the Genestealers, which is pretty disappointing to me.
I love your paper cut out indicators
They've become popular across the different how to play series for sure 🤣
Howdy, thanks for helping me out. I am an adamant open boarder.
Ty for the vid, your my go to guy for kill team.well done lee
Great to hear thank you! Hope it helped.
Very helpful. This (& the other two you mentioned) should be broken out into a separate playlist instead of in the general Kill Team playlist.
I’ll do that thanks for the recommend
"more than white, from the wall"
That took me off guard. It sounded weird.
Yeah it's written in the rules in a weird place like that.

Really appreciate this! So so helpful!
You're so welcome, thanks for watching.
This how to play is a lot better done than anything GW has done or can do :P
Thank you for watching, hope it helped!
That laser level is perfect for measuring LOS. GW should have included one in the KT box set! 🧐

For now, i got the starter set, but this is interesting to learn, thanks!
Cool. Ive made a full how to play series for KT, and these are updates for Gallowdark specific rules.
Great vid mate, as always please keep up the good work you do.
Thanks so much, will do!

Yes, the rules for into the dark are for the into the dark terrain, such as the doors, corridors, and walls.
Great content as always
Appreciate it, thank you!
That's a very wordy way to say you can't see, shoot or move through solid walls...
It certainly is. All of the rules for Kill Team are unnecessarily wordy 🤣
