I think i managed to separately answer every comment but listing all here
1. Current problem yes u have to place a generator backup r best with solar evenwise u should also have that to manage ventilation r lighting this make it compulsory but once the feeders filled it can last upto 2 to 3 hrs
2. Labours you shuld have labours but in conventional u will have 3 to 4 labours to do everything in such types but in EC u can easily manage it with 1 r 2 max labours for everyday chores.
3. Cost yes cost will be little high when compared to conventional but it is a one tym investment when considering farm lyf labour charges and the ease of management when they are not present.
4. Hygiene nd disease control this totally depends on the farmers who manage it not with the type of farm.
5. EC is gud for farmers who have limited supply of labours
Everything changes in everyone's perception these are my point of views on a EC farm nd conventional farm.
Conventional does have advantages which also have long term problems like management nd ease of management.

Ya but in conventional farm u shuld have 2 to 3 labours for every work but in this method u can manage the whole with 1 easily with 2
