Adobe is the only one that I know of unfortunately.

I used foam board from Walmart but you can purchase this from Dollar Tree or any craft store.

When I click on resize a box keep popping up "try canva pro for free ". When I click the x and click the resize same message pops up
Then resizing is most likely a canva pro feature. I have canva pro so i did not receive this error.

In Adobe, there’s an option to print as a poster. This will split the document into multiple pages.

You do have to sign up for Canva which is free. There are certain parts of Canva that are not free.
How do you number the pages?
That can only be done in Adobe from knowledge, in the print settings.

Yes if you do not have the pro version.
