Am kindly asking and appealing to the Ghana Refugee Board , United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) , Ghana Refugee Board and the Ghana Immigration Service (G.I.S) to Quickly Start the process to renewing expired passport , Residents Permits, Shelters and issuing of Ghana Card to all Liberian refugees who opted for local integration into the Ghanaian Sociaty since 2014, displaced and homeless Liberian Refugees are struggling to receive money from banks in Ghana, there are sick people , disabled, older woman and children who can't use financial instruments without a Ghana card in Ghana. , lives could be in danger if the necessary steps are not taken. That refugee camp should not exist. We ve the right to develop as a country. Second the land does not even belong to the government. They ve been asked to move and be part of the Ghanaian society for the past 10 years. That land also does not belong to the government and the owners asked for it back since it is not more recognized as a refugee camp.
Why were the demolitions taking place in the settlements of the Liberians. Ghana stop this story about tagging Africans living in your country as committing crimes, it’s an excuse you once used against Nigerians and push Nigerians out of your country. Why did you even create refugees camps for them, Nigeria accepted them and integrated them into our society or country, live among us. I remember Obasanjo brought Liberians using military ships to my state, they were made to live with us, government bought houses and accommodated them in my state, cross river state. Ghana has done it again. They did it to Nigerians in 1959 and 1969. They did it to AA and now Liberians. In Deutschland, there are many places built by the government for refugees from different parts of the world and every basic amenities are provided with the availability of free courses. Children of refugees are cared for and integrated into the system while they and their family enjoy monthly monetary benefits from the Government. These people in turn become parts of the skilled workforce that contribute to the economy of the country. Little wonder Germany remains at one of the best economy in world far better than UK. How can a nation grow when there is no investment into the foreigners? The only thing Ghana complains about is that the foreigners who are struggling by themselves to make ends meet are taking your land, your job, your trade etc. This complain mentality needs to stop else, the reputation will continue to get worse on the foreign scene

Imagine establishing your self for generations in Ghana, then suddenly you are told you need to go to Liberia which you don’t know much about, you don’t have any assurances of a comfortable life, you will be sad too na. It’s not easy to just uproot yourself like that. Ghana see say the land dey valuable, especially being centrally located, na why them wan push them out the land.
