Joy as husband's battle to bring disabled wife home ends after 795 days in hospital

A Bangor woman who was left paralysed from the neck down has expressed her joy at finally returning her to her husband after spending 795 days in hospital.
Ann Brady spent over two years in hospital after she was left paralysed following a bleed on the brain and complications that arose from a medical procedure to save her.
She had been diagnosed in 2000 with a rare condition called Spinal AVM, which is a tangle of blood vessels close to or on the spinal cord that can cause serious damage if not treated and in some cases can be fatal.
