      Snakewood is difficult to handle because of its brittle nature (cracking), but I like it very much.

    Wow. Hand filing that hex profile so evenly must have been incredibly difficult. Seriously skilled work. I know you said the parts to convert the Pentel mechanism are custom made - but if you sold them to your fellow pen makers, I’m sure lots of us would buy them - I know I would.

      It actually did what you said.
      A certain quantity was produced by a pen accessory manufacturer,
      It is shared by fellow pen makers and purchased and used.
      It is co-production and co-purchase.

    Elegance in simplicity. I love it just as much as your 'typical' more elaborate pieces.
    I heard of the possibility of custom Pentel conversions before. But I couldn't find the proper tubes or threaded mouthpieces that you're using. Where'd you get them, if I may ask?
    Greetings from Germany - Jan

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому

      Metal tubes and small parts are custom-made,
      Pentel mechanical pencils were easily bought at stationery stores.
