That Uber driver dodged a drunken, immature, pos, bullet.
They are all outrageous but the first woman who didn't even live in the apartment was the nasiest of all. She even tried to gaslight the African man with her DARVO.
He took a big risk taking a prostitute home.

Exactly ... I use 2 of my neighbor's driveway. We live on a dead-end street. I use the ones to back into my parking spot every day and the others to unload groceries onto my porch, then I back out into my spot. I see them all the time, and they could care less if I'm using their driveway. It is so ridiculous to fight about that with a neighbor ..
The first woman is so nasty. That poor man learnt a good lesson that day. She has no self control.

I have some Ghanaian pals & my Scottish ears really struggled the first wee while with the language barrier but my life enhancing friends almost sound Scottish to me now ✌️
I found most of the people I met in Africa spoke English beautifully. Very soft and precise.
Also, the lady herself is clearly not American born. Her accent was equally strong
them saying he is "inaudible" is only to explain why they are unable to subtitle everything he is saying. It has nothing to do with him not talking. It is because they can hear him fine in person, but the AUDIO on the camera cannot pick up his words properly, thus, he is inaudible.
Sadly, I do believe he stays quiet if things happen. Most foreigners are afraid to say something. But she did everything the wrong way.

That woman's thought process made me angry:
- calls the police over trivial shit
- realizes the police aren't going to help her pursue said trivial shit
- starts getting belligerent because she realizes the cops are turning their focus on her, instead
- finally decides to take it out on the man because he (presumably) told her not to start any of this dumb nonsense by calling the cops in the first place

My nasty neighbor's attacks were mostly calling the cops and code enforcement on me along with occasionally hurling profanities at my friends. After the cops and code enforcement both told her to knock it off she filed a restraining order against me. After the hearing failed miserably she has finally left me and my people alone. There's only one person in the neighborhood that will talk to her at all, an old lady who lives alone.
My nasty neighbour's apartment is so bad I'm not allowed down there for health reasons. Dog piss all over the carpet, same dish water for three weeks, roaches everywhere..... And she says *I* need to be in a group home and my dog euthanised? Her dog bites!

I had a neighbor from hell about 25 years ago . She took it upon herself to put a fence up in our driveway where she wanted the property line that left me a 6 foot wide driveway. I knew it was wrong so I hired a surveyor and she was going about 10 feet over the line. She had her fence attached to my garage so I asked the police if I can move it. By the time she got home I had the fence stacked up in hr driveway and that poor thing damn near went out of her mind. Police were called and they explained to o her but she never got over it.
It pains me to see such nice homes occupied by trash

Saw a case on Judge Judy about a woman pulling a similar stunt. Apparently if the neighbors didn't object in good time then that extended piece of land would have become the neighbors. Left me scared honestly, there's alot u gotta know when u own property.
It depends on local laws. My friend had a neighbor who put up a fence more than 3 feet into his property. He had to have a survey done, just to find out that he actually owned 7 feet into the neighbors. So the neighbor had to move the fence and lost 7 feet just because he was a jerk.

There is a public easement. It's not illegal to pull into a driveway unless posted no tresspassing

2. Some people wrongly believe they own property that isn't really theirs, but belongs to the city.

I will never understand people that get mad at someone using their driveway to turn around or whatever. We actually make sure the driveway is accessible for that.
Now... if you are trying to get into vehicles, garage, or our house you WILL be met with a gun and a warning to go before the firearm is used.
I use 2 of my neighbor's driveway all the time. I use one to backup into my spot, and the other's to unload my car onto my porch, and then I back out and park in my spot. We see each other all the time and they could careless if I use their driveway....
Telling the cops NO never helps. Drunks always repeat “what did I do” after being told five times. These cops have a lot of patience.

I’m a mail lady and I once had a home on my route call animal control and lie to them saying that the dog at the next house over attacked me brutally. AC showed up the next day at the PO and talked to my supervisor who then started berating me in front of everyone for not reporting a dog attack that never happened. It all go sorted out but that household who lied would hide from me everyday around mail time and I completely stopped speaking to that supervisor unless it was vital. Anytime she tried to joke around with us I’d just give her a cold stare until she uncomfortably walked away. She’s a crackhead anyway, Idky the PO would hire someone as vile as her.

I’ve had neighbors from hell before. Had one next door and a few doors down. The one next door has moved out which the entire neighborhood was ready to celebrate. He left 2 notes on my car where one said to not park next to his grass because when I got out of my car my feet touched his so called grass which was probably ours and not his. It was storming and I parked all the way over so mom could get her car into the garage and she is disabled. The next note was left on my car after I parked my car by the tennis court because the HOA said that they had a complaint about not enough parking for visitors. It was him who complained when I was the only one who used one of the 4 spots and he never had visitors. He did it against me and so when I had it there for an hour he wrote “can’t you be bothered to read. They will tow your car”. Another neighbor also got a note claiming that when they used another neighbors water hose they were stealing. The 2 neighbors were close friends and had no issues with using the water. He also verbally came after me demanding that I tie all of the cardboard boxes together because some flew into his driveway yet he had no issues when his garbage bag was ripped open by animals and his trash went into our driveway and other peoples as well. HOA didn’t want him and the other neighbor going to the meetings because of their attitude.
The other neighbor got mad when I didn’t say hello loud enough one day and had been after me ever since. He claimed to be a Vietnam vet but many neighbors don’t think it was true. He also claimed to have PTSD but told another neighbor that he didn’t have PTSD. Once when I asked him if the HOA would hire someone to clean the areas not owned by homeowners to clean up after Hurricane Ian. He started ranting about everyone being too lazy and complaining and so on. I couldn’t as I was recovering from my 2nd round of pneumonia in 2 months. The really bad one was when he claimed that our newspapers flew out of our bin and into our yard and he yelled and called me every name in the book and demanded I go clean up his yard which I was about to do until I noticed he wasn’t going to go back into his house and leave me alone to pick it up. I then refused for fear that he would shoot me and claim I was trespassing. He was very unhinged. Him and he other neighbor would inspect my garbage when I took it out. I kid you not. They inspected my trash and even would stop his vehicle in front of our driveway when he came home while I was taking out the garbage. I’m not the only one he has been after. He has been after several neighbors and the police have been called many times and the HOA considered paying the police department to come to the Christmas party because of these two. They also had friends on the HOA board but they mishandled money and was kicked out and new HOA board was elected which sent these two guys over the edge. Rumor has it that the 2nd one may be moving.

I had a pal who was an ex-football player. He was a 400 pounder but at 6’-7” looked ok. When renting he would invariably get an upper unit. Used to drive the tenants below crazy. One place even moved him to a larger first floor unit just to resolve the issue.
I sometimes accidentally stomp and stumble and sometimes fall. I'm considering moving to a lower floor unit for that reason, and because I'm terrified of heights.

I feel particularly sorry for the African man just wanting to keep the peace with his good neighbors. I'm also grateful to his neighbor who knew specifically that the woman and not the gentleman was antagonistic.
