Kimi I relate to everything you said , I have been chronically depressed all my life .. I have a therapist that I see every month .. I was dealing with a very bad breakup a year ago , and I took an overdose .. in the psych ward for a week , still not over it don’t think I ever will be .. been a nurse for 32 years but that was a very bad time in my life .. I have bad days but I pray a lot .. I can’t tell you how hard that time was for me and still is .. totally broken-hearted. So I feel you are a friend so I bared my soul to you .
Definitely a friend and there's no such thing as too much info for me we are all human ♥️

With the ourdoor garbage can it might be easier and cleaner to line the can with the large black bag you ended up putting it all in, that way when you're ready to take it out, you can just tie it up and not have to take all the little bags out first. 😊

Loved your talk. I would not have guessed you went through any trauma. You are so happy and bubbly. I have lived with depression as far back as I can remember. It has taken 30 plus years to get to the better point I am at now. I still have what I call bad days, but now have more better days. Your channel is great. Love watching you every day.

Great video Kimi ❤ Also I wanted to say that I had a therapist and she was amazing. I’m from the uk and she was living over here but she was from Richmond Virginia and she literally changed things for me. My anxiety was so bad I couldn’t go on a bus or on the underground or even get in a car and she helped me so much she even got on the bus with me Since then I’ve been on an aeroplane and even go in lifts ❤
you are so inspiring, I never would have guessed that you had these issues in your past, because you are so grounded now. Good for you and praise God for your healing. I love my dark curtains they help keep cool in Summer, and warmer in Winter, I think you will really love them.

I love your honesty in how you’ve had a few struggling in your life,and how you have been able to find tools in your life to get past them. I love also how you acknowledge people and God’s help in your life. I’m a 67 year old woman,and I’m so glad that I found god and tools in my life to help me make it through things that happen,even the happy or sad times. The one thing that I shared with my daughters in-laws,daughter and granddaughters,was to keep a very close check on how your feeling before your monthly,because two weeks before you start if you can try Midol it helps the brain and the body not to respond as bad to what is a normal response in your body. I did this during my younger days and it truly helped me through the mood changes. Sharing only what worked for me and my sweet girls 😉. Because we all know our bodies swell up during that time. Thank you beautiful lady for sharing from your heart,you’re a sweet soul. I pray I didn’t say anything offensive ♥️.

Thanks for sharing all of this girl! I have degrees in Mental Health Social work and Addictions Counseling. Trauma can cause all kinds of addictions, abuse of substances, eating disorders, anxiety and the like. It truly is astounding how much trauma can change a persons brain chemistry and their personality. I struggled with alcohol abuse after my divorce. I was using beer as a form of maladaptive coping. 100% do not suggest..lol. But, after years of therapy, including EMDR, and Jesus, I have been able to heal a lot of my childhood and young adult traumas. Even with my college degrees, I struggled, mental health and addictions do not discriminate. I am 7 years sober and my husband is 17 years sober. My husband is now a pastor -the Lord totally turned his life around. It helps that both of us have gone through rough stages in life, because it changes the way we do ministry! ❤

I’ve gone through so much of what you spoke about but I’m 75 years old so when I was going through this there was a stigma that went with it. I’m so happy things have changed. I think one of the best things we can do, even at my age, is arm ourselves with knowledge and share our experiences. Put some foil in the bottom of your oven, saves in cleaning time.
I learned from my cousin who's a firewomen that it's very dangerous to use foil in the oven and on burner's.
@@reddog40 I don’t put it on there eye, but I have for years put foil on the oven, never had a problem, but it a firewoman said not to, then don’t do it.
I love all of the clothes!!!!! ❤ thank you for sharing your story with us!!! I relate in some ways! I WAS a drug addict for about 10 years and went through depression a lot and used drugs to cope. Have also been committed a couple times! But praise Jesus this year will be my 6 years clean no drugs or alcohol! And we do have power over our situation we all have a choice! Yes being picky about the people you’re around makes a HUGE difference. I still struggle with anxiety to some extent but have found a way to cope without medication (what works for me with my background) and Jesus is what works for me 😊

Hiya, I have suffered from anxiety and depression most of my life. I get it!! But what I wanted to tell you was that one time a former boss of mine said to the whole room...."If I had to take a happy pill everyday I would just slit my throat." Well, she was "religious" and I took that very hard.

Just by putting up the kitchen curtain and door curtain you can tell it's gonna be somewhat cooler,it already changed the lighting, like turning down a dimmed light,hopefully you will be cooler when the living room curtains come,not to mention more privacy, i just switched out all my curtains to black out ones,and they do make the rooms cooler,and of course more privacy,thanks for chatting about things,enjoyed listening to you👍💙☺.
