Same, and not only when I keep it on something like the clothes option. Don't go back from gacha club if you're selected an option, like the clothes, or hair. That deletes them. And I spent an hour making a good OC and I exited any option I pressed, when I came back all my progress was gone. I'm not playing gacha for a long time bc of this.
