I really appreciate your effort as it is very challenging to cover these societies at far distances, because it requires a lot of planning and thinking before making it-
Regarding this University Town, I would struggle to understand that why would someone live here so far, from main cities, like Peshawar OR Mardan Or Islamabad - Nearby there would be an issues of Hospital and schools, let alone shops and services- Water as you mentioned would be a big issue- Security Would be a big issue. Building a house in a depression plot would be another issue- I can’t see a farmhouse as well, because security wise, this area is not preferred. People might say that with 3-4 km there is ASC Colony and Cant Area but Army is not responsible for the safety of the surroundings. The bad point of these unknow and small societies is that if say, someone captured (Qabaza) your plot, in this area, then its gone-
It might be good for Nowshera people only and I cannot see any other people moving here-
This is my personal point of view-
First of all thank you for watching my video. I try to give ourview of different societies around peshawar nowshera mardan d i khan wah taxila islamabad rawalpindi. Rest its upto buyers either to buy or 2 skip. I never been to asc but heard they r working to phase 2 which tail end touch new city nowshera on kaka sb road. I think mostly ppl from nowshera investing money in these societies for their kids. First of all i buy 3 4 plot in different types of societies for my kids on Instalment.. have u been to paradise city nowshera few year ago it was desert buy now a days a lot of homes constructed. And 3rd point is har koye dha hayatabad islamabad mai plot nahi lai sakta. Mostly marketing ppl focusing middle class and lower middle class..
I want to clear some of the questions that this video can raise for the viewers. They’re are the following:
1: Water feasibility: It’s just been 2 years that we’ve started working on the site and till now we attempted to boring 7 water wells. Gratefully and by the blessings of Almighty Allah all of them were successful and we found water in a huge quantity. There’re also natural streams within the town. The society planners are also working on constructing a huge water tank within the society to provide the community with an extra water facility. There’s absolutely no water issue (GUARANTEED)
2: Investment for the future: Satellite builder is a known and trusted conglomerate in hands with the well known “Star marketing Pvt. Ltd” throughout the region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We’ve worked on and delivered various projects for the last decade. Satellite Town Nowshera is one of our successful and fast-flowing project ever. It depends upon the taste of the customer/client that what kind of environment does he/she wants. Though one cannot say it’s out of the city or far away as said by the (Planet corner) channel that it’s just 4-5 kilometers away from the main Nowshera Saddar Bazar (Cantt). The project is approved by the government of Pakistan and many of the blocks/sectors are already sold out. With its huge demand in the market, the prices are hiking every quarter of the month. As said by the brother the society aims to extend further despite having a vast area, which means we’re demanded and liked above the expectations by the people.
3: Construction and Population: Until now around 40 of our clients have submitted their applications at the head office to get approval for constructing their houses. As soon as the Wapda brings the electricity in the coming 2 months, we’ll give all of them the approval to start construction. Plus Satellite builder is soon launching the construction of more than 100 ready-made villas at an economical rate within the society. This is true that it’s fruitful for the people of Nowshera, but people from throughout the country are also investing in this project to make their values for return. The builders are also putting their efforts to deliver all the facilities of the first phases by the end of this Year 2021.
