I always struggle with this because i think it means that you're promising God that you'll do anything He wants no matter how hard it is and i just can't promise that but i hope i would be able but i cannot give God a guarantee on that...and because of these things i have questioned wether or not i'm even saved

Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. On our own we cannot have the heart and mind of Jesus because we naturally have a sinful nature. It is through daily surrender to Him that He can replace our nature with His, this process is joyous and full of peace not burdensome as you allude. I have been on a journey with God of surrendering my will daily to Him so that He can replace my desires with His and His sweet done in my life and everyday I grow more and more inlove with Him as He reveals to me just how much He loves me and how much He desires to free me from sin. Your content is misleading, you are telling people to remain in their sinful nature and not accept the transforming power God is offering. God wants us to come as we are but His plan is not to leave us as we are.
