Just use Midjourney and the --cref parameter.

How do you keep the video picture consistent?
By using input images and making sure those are consistent. Easy to do with Midjourney.
Hopefully you'll share how you did it when your plate is less full. One prompt with whole script or multiple prompts? Reference images from Midjourney? So excited to see you back on UA-cam!
All clips created with input images from MJ. So not the type of stuff you may have seen with some Sora examples.

Nice work! Can I ask how many individual generated scenes did this comprise? So you wrote a prompt for each scene?
Roughly 30 images created in Midjourney were used for this. And yes, every shot is a new prompt.

Why do these people say "hey everyone come see my over hyped service we're offering" and never are actually prepared for handling server load? This intentional or just poor planning as usual?
I think you're underestimating how difficult it is to manage a sudden surge in demand. It also costs tons of money to reserve GPU capacity that isn't being used. It's far more cost effective to just scale up as needed. Even if it means that the server temporarily goes down.
@@TokenizedAI oh I don't think I'm underestimating anything here. That's why I asked this, this way. Because if intentional, and you'll know people will buy immediately because it's AI hype right now, you can get away with increasing the GPU and server size immediately because then with the flood of new subscriptions it'll take care it. It's not a gamble, it's a calculated move in anticipation for people throwing their money at this left and right which they will predictably. I know they have the data on this to back up what I'm saying... and that's ALSO why I said poor planning as usual in that IF they have this data and knew what was about to happen, this only made them lose revenue they could have easily secured by investing early and quickly into said GPU and server size increase.
@@infini.tesimo usually you need to demonstrate high usage adoption before investors invest; you cannot "calculate" the estimated usage of a new and poorly understood market.
Awesome product. I tried it and it was an interesting experiment. I'm looking forward to eventually getting a tool where I can feed it a script for a scene and have it produce a video with audio from it. With the constant evolution of the technology, I wouldn't be surprised to see that soon.

Even your twin brother would need a big set of tools and skills and a very detailed script to materialize your vision, so it is mostly the same with current tech and probably that won't change even if quality and consistency improve.

Christian, nice story. Can you do a workflow on how you did this with some sample prompts? There isn't much info on the Luma Labs site on how to get things done.
I did some test generations today but they were just so so in quality. The first one took 6 hours. But I didn't do any uploads of my own images. Tell us how you put the story together. Thanks !
Generally speaking, I wouldn't recommend doing text-to-video. It's still too unreliable. Image-to-video is the way to go and it gives you more control. Honestly, I doubt that anyone using this professionally would use direct text-to-video.
Anyway, here are some tips:
- Create your images in MJ to maintain consistency
- Use the images as input
- Add a text prompt with the subject and describing the action and camera movement
- Use old-school MJ prompting style, so partial phrases and keywords
- Make absolutely sure that "Enhance Prompt" is checked.

I didn't. Take 2 generations, reverse one of them and then stitch them together and it'll look like a longer clip. Super old-school trick 😉

Which AI would that be, lol? Neither the script nor the input images were created with Luma AI. In fact, each was created with separate tools.
Seems very unlikely that 3 different tools would all pick the same training data when none of them were prompted anything related to Percy Jackson.
the paid version of Dream Machine allows you to input visual reference?
