EXCELLENT ! No other video explains these calculations so well. This video "EXPRESSES" rather than the other monotonous videos that only try to "IMPRESS".

This was exactly the claim in this tutorial. We do not create confusion around the oh so complicated science of acoustics - we make sure that acoustic analyses remain simple and easy to master.
      Thank you for your encouragement.

this is my need correctly,i am learning knowledge about soud quality and have many more questions, llike how to draw loudness vs time in iso 532-1, the step i can't understand. and equal-loudness curves if or not to use when i calculate loudness?

Hi Rebecca, here is the good news. The graphical determination of loudness over time is only asked during the study to train the understanding.
In professional life, you just select the measurement and the ISO 532-1 in the ArtemiS SUITE and click "calculate" 😀

How do I get the percentage difference between two dBs? I’m looking at 94 vs 97 dB and I’m trying to understand that % difference logarithmically.

97db is 3 dB greater than 94 dB.
+3dB means - as shown in the video- that the power is twice as high (exactly: 1.995).
So the second value is 200% of the first value
      or +100%.
If you have a calculator, you can easily work it out by dividing the two values:
      10^9,7 / 10^9,4 = 1,995 *100% = 199,5%
But in my head I am faster 😀
