How about Yonge tennants messing upvyou condo? Have you ever tried to renovate a condo? Do you know how hard it is. Plus, you forgot to mention about the maintanence you pay for the condo too, that olnly goes up in price with time. Some 20 year old condo apartments that rent for 2500$ have 1100$ maintanence fee....
But for the condo you also pay High Maintenance fees. This fee keeps on increasing without any cap year by year? Why didn't you consider that in your calculations?

Just started the video. His name is CondoWong - I'm gonna go on a limb here and guess that he's going to say Townhouses are a better investment than Condos.
CondoWong Thanks for your kind reply. Just let you know you are great in your episodes, clear and direct, no sugar coatings on your context. It will be great if you can use your network ability and Influence to ask BC real estate managements to Provide “you tube” like yourself for BC landlords. I know there will be chaos in BC, when renters deliberately not to pay rent, when they are not affected by Covid19 There are lots of small/senior landlords going to see their incomes stop coming in. These small and senior landlords will have no income for food on the table too. Hope there will be no violence erupt between tenants and landlords. There are lots of small landlords live pay check to pay check in order to keep their house with a tenant. Lots of seniors live on the rental incomes so they do not need Government subsidies or welfare supplements. Ontario is so lucky to have you to voices the concerns of Landlord and tenant issues. God bless!
The thing is i need to sell my single family home because the area is rural and theres not a lot of job opportunities around that are near so i need to sell it then use the equity as downpayment when i buy a condo in a city… i guess i have to kill the chicken and buy a chick instead 😅
2:54 the most beautiful explanation ever seen on the web!
Would love to see a 2021/2022 update on this!
Thank you Sir ,this what I was just looking for . Love your videos

the maintenance fees are similarly out to lunch with townhouses
Great video. Does this still hold in 2021 or do you still think condos in downtown are better investment than townhouse outside of Toronto?
This is very informative. Thank you
So informative!
Townhomes appreciated way more in these days than Condos. So I guess it depends on the market environment or external factors.
How much did you sell your townhouse for?
Can you please more information on your rental management program..Thank you
Is it still worth buying a condo if you have a slight negative flow?
Is the scenario still the same?
Good content. Plz don't move camera angles so much.
But for the condo you also pay High Maintenance fees. This fee keeps on increasing without any cap year by year? Why didn't you consider that in your calculations?
@tdot22 It is sad, realtors don't give a holistic advice!
@tdot22 Thank you for the information Sir! You are providing better information than the video.
Thank you
Such a bad decision, the townhome went up a lot since you sold it and your condo went down. Key to investing is being diversified
depends on the area, mine has dropped by almost 20%
@@husher5142 where townhomes are up every where

Can you offer help for BC landlords please!
We only offer services to Ontario landlords but I am sure there is someone like myself in Vancouver to help Vancouver landlords.
