Hey RT. Please start putting mid roll ads in long videos like these. I don’t think most of us mind listening to a woman say random things for half a minute if it financially supports you.
UA-cam really needs to fix themselves. All of RT's content is a masterpiece and will always be a masterpiece. There is no reason why his videos should be getting age restricted and demonetized.
let's be real for a second: YT has certain guidelines for a reason: advertisers. Nobody can make money on this platform without them. The fact that they change the policies, apply them retroactively, don't cite the violative content until you appeal, and then don't allow you to fix the content and have the video restored (because that would be a "second appeal") is bananas! Whether you think it's a 'masterpiece' is irrelevant. The problem here is how creators are being treated in regards to policy enforcement. It's hugely disrespectful and fully illogical.
I got so emotional watching his video talking about this video getting taken down, UA-cam has no right to do this to him. He is such a great person, and honestly none of his content is even remotely concerning enough to be so ruthless with his videos.
I mean, annoyingly youtube have every right to do so. But it certainly does raise the question of whether they should employ those rights in these ways. Goodness knows they are taking the p**s with it. I sure hope we get a viable alternative to this nonsense someday, if only for the creators sake. Imagine having something like the old youtube back, without that nonsense algorithm where you can actually discover new creators. wouldn't that be something... 😮💨

Hey RT, not sure if you're reading this, but I just saw your most recent video about YT basically demonitizing your whole channel. You're my absolute favourite content creator on UA-cam. Your voice is constantly coming out of my headphones while I do chores, work assignments, sitting in public transportation etc. and you've truly made me laugh and replay certain parts of your videos so many times this year. You put a smile on my face so often, even when most days were gloomy and depressing. I just truly want to thank you for being here and entertaining the world. It is obvious that you're doing this out of passion and put so much hard work into everything you do. Shoutout to your cutter/editor as well (wasn't Chloe her name?) for putting all that work in to bring your stream content to this channel. Take a well-deserved break for your mental health, just as you announced. What's my favourite comedian without a healthy mind? I'll be looking forward for when you come back. Don't feel rushed, take care and try to keep a positive attitude, even though this year started so poorly, it's still long and can only get better.
I cannot imagine UA-cam as a platform without RT. He has given me many sleepless nights full of merriment and given me a deeper appreciation for creators through his content and collaborations he participates in. I recognise that we can only hope that RTGame as a channel is not wiped out but It's good to hear he notices us. All the best, Rumble Tumble, Daneshiro, Drift King Daniel, and hang in there.

This channel is a part of my blood at this point. So many fond memories of watching this chaotic man do funny things while playing games after school whenever I have time. It just makes me so happy to watch this man, and I know it makes y'all happy too.
It takes so much love and care to make content every week, to upload videos and to enjoy what you do wholeheartedly. To have that passion and love ripped away from someone is just plain cruel. We're all rooting for things to go better than they have been and if 2022 was the best year for you, it was just as amazing for us. We can do this if we all work together.
It may sound corny, but there’s been days where watching your videos felt like coming home from a long, tough day. Just sitting there, turning UA-cam to watch some of your videos, and playing them expecting nothing but you and your play-throughs. But once those 30 minutes of highlights passed by, I always felt afterwards like everything was going to be okay, no matter what. So no matter what, I’m sure you will find a way to get through all of UA-cam’s unfair decisions, because I believe in you, Daniel, and I believe in the amazing work you’ve done during these recent years. And I’m sure I ain’t the only one who feels this way; just look at all the amount of people who enjoy your content up to this day! This is my first real time commenting on…really any YT video, mostly out of just a fear of lacking transparency, but your restriction video made me want to say something. Just…thanks. Thanks for being one of the most consistently fun and entertaining content creators I’ve followed. I started watching around 2020 after a funny build project for a mall filled with beautifully morbid shops and I’ve been watching since. Your jokes, reactions, banter with chat, and everything is consistently enjoyable while never feeling forced. It was weird yet fun watching you coordinate a mass Minecraft reconstruction of our planet, spend hours hunting a sheep only to use it to mow down the entire Pokémon league, ruin cities and skylines with spaghettified junctions, press an entire party of people into wine, show of the Drift King legacy, and so much more great content. You managed to get me invested in new series and ideas, watching you become such a tyrannically wonderful king, conquering the ocean with a penguin, tackle plenty of wild indie and smaller games, shank the spire, herd slimes for the sake of capital, and plenty more new interests. And it was so invigorating when you checked out a series I loved so much. Proving you were a lawyer with a badge, dealing with dubious beverage blockades in Hollow Knight, creating the ultimate product empire of Pelican Town, discovering the horrors of Kirby, doing…about the average things in Miitopia, and most recently, overthrowing god. And after seeing what’s happened to you and plenty of other content creators, I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. I can’t properly watch the video, but I did manage to see the first half before it was blocked, so I don’t feel ashamed in giving this the like it deserves. Again, thank you, your editors, collaborators, and everyone else who’s helped bring this channel to life: even chat. I know there isn’t much I can really do other than spread the word, but if the best I can do is to show you’ve reached some people, then I’m happy to help. Thanks for making these past years happier, for me, and I know darn well plenty others. We’re here for you.
Policies can also change and no matter how bad a situation looks there’s always a way around. I do agree that the policy is stupid. But don’t lose hope, we’ll find a way to fix it. It might take awhile though.
I first found this channel back in 2019 alongside my sister. You were a source of comfort and stability during some of the worst years of our lives back then, and we can't thank you enough for everything you've done and will continue to do.
I have no siblings but I agree with this sentiment, I haven’t missed a single upload since I stumbled on one of his videos by chance during that time! Really a place of comfort to wind down from the day

I never comment on videos but I figured since the whole issue with content restriction has been set ablaze, this is the least I could do is express my support. RT you have been my favorite content creator since I started college, and now I'm graduated (6 years later) and with a full time job. I've watched your content through one of the most brutal transitional parts of my life, became an adult, and I used your content as a safe haven for some of the worst years I have experienced. There are playthroughs on your channel that I can click on and remember the exact era of my life in which I watched every single one of those videos. My life unfortunately has been riddled with trauma, but this channel alone got me through almost every single one of those horrible moments, brought a smile to my face during those times of extreme suffering. Back then I watched your videos from my lonely apartment, now I watch them in the comfort of my new city home with my partner, even my new kitten sleeps next to my computer when he hears your voice. Your videos are a source of joy, laughter, happiness, and so much more to so many people, even some cats out there. If you choose to leave UA-cam, I will absolutely gladly follow you and your content wherever you choose to go. From the bottom of my heart and soul, thank you, thank you for everything you have ever done and will continue to do and create.

RT, I've been loving your content for years, it's often the best part of my day and I hope one day I can bring just a small amount of joy to others that you - and this huge cursed family - bring to me. This whole situation is miserable, and I hope it gets resolved soon. Your content has helped me cope with my depression while I'm studying away at university. I play your videos pretty much 24/7 while I do everything. I've had to prove how old I am to keep watching your content which for anxiety and paranoia is a terrifying experience even though I'm an adult. I can't simply put how incredibly uplifting and reassuring your content makes me feel, and how much (over the past however many years I've watched) enjoyment and genuine happiness you've given me and many others through your content, especially younger viewers (not kids). When i was younger and started watching, this was the only cope I had with my issues, and to know other young adults (or those who don't want to prove) may not have access to your entertainment genuinely hurts me, because then I wouldn't have had this to help the worse parts of my life. People don't realise how much a voice in the background can help with loneliness or anxiety. UA-cam is treating someone's livelihood as a game and playing with it; shockingly inappropriate. I really hope this gets fixed soon so that many other viewers, and myself, can experience those moments with you again and again.

RT has helped me genuinely through some of the worst times in my life, I truly enjoy his content, and I am so bummed to see how UA-cam has treated him over the years. If RT decides to leave UA-cam, or wherever he decides to go, I plan on following! He’s such a blessing in a chaotic package

I haven’t had a chance to watch yet, but I’m commenting before I do because of the demonetization video. The RTGame channel found its way on my UA-cam recommendation page with silly little minecraft builds by the community during one of the WORST times in my life. I was at a low I’ve never known before, and watching your videos were some of the only moments I laughed genuinely during those times. Through you I found CallmeKevin and the rest of the Irish lads and you all brought such comfort to a heart that was aching alone. I talk about this channel and Daniel (dad) as if it truly were family making this content, because it’s that touching and that amazing to be a part of this community. You have given so much to your community by being genuine and by being you, and I can say from the bottom of my heart, this community will stand behind you just as hard as you’ve stood for us. My girlfriend introduced me to you rt, but over the past year I've binged all i could of your channel, often times having you on my laptop as i fall asleep to help with my tinnitus rather than my boring rain sounds. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all that you do and the lulls of this year you've filled in many peoples lives. This year was greatly increased in quality for me having a new community and catalogue of content to go through, I and many others can tell you put your heart and soul into this. Bless you, I've had tinnitus since childhood, and have just had to grit my teeth and bare it. I mentioned this problem to my current doctor, and the dumbrass said, "The only people I know of who have tinnitus are those who are losing their hearing." My hearing has always been better than average. So, some nights the tinnitus keeps me awake, and other nights the sound of my refrigerator running keeps me awake. So, hang in there! Btw, have you tried whitenoise sound generators?
Ever since I saw the Phoenix Wright play through I’ll never be able to forget his Von Karma voice, and I love that he applies it to menacing characters
I truly believe that 2022 has really been a game changer for this channel with the amount of people’s favourite games RT played this year from Elden Ring to Persona and got to experience all of it while modding for the channel for over a year with all of it coming back to that one time RT watched paint dry. This video is legendary, I've been here since 2018 and it just keeps getting better. You got me through highschool Dan! I'm in college and now obsessed with pokemon again and unafraid to express my other interests because 2 million and some other people laugh at the same things. I've been watching you since your first sims video and a couple of months ago I went through a traumatic event which I'm going to therapy for. I couldn't sleep for days and started to use your streaming vods and videos to fall asleep or get through panic attacks which helped me tremendously because the streams are always so chill and fun. I'm doing a bit better now and I want to massively thank you for bringing such amazing content this year and being my favourite content creator on this platform. It sucks that UA-cam is too focused on trying to become a kid friendly website and leaving its creators in the dark instead of helping them to reach their full potential. I think my single most favorite moment is when Dan realizes that Sebastian being called Sebby is canon. He sounds so confused and distraught at the idea of his silly nickname being real. This was definitely my favorite year of watching your content and I can't express in words how excited I am for 2023 as a whole.

It's been a hectic year for me with starting college and moving out of the house. And I have yet to watch that much of RT's content over the year. So, watching some of the best clips from 2022 really made me happy. It took me almost two weeks to sit down and watch this video and its entirety. But I did it because I love RT's and I love his content. I'm almost 20 years old, and that's not very old. But I've been watching UA-cam my whole life. I remember the first UA-cam video and how much joy it brought me, and how there was this access to free content that people could create and use to inspire and make people happy. When people ask what's the primary source of content I watch, it's usually UA-cam. I'm always watching UA-cam and am so glad to support the creators. I've seen UA-cam change so much, and I don't always think for the better. This is one of those instances where I feel that UA-cam needs to take a step back and think about what the fuck they're doing. Thank you RT's for the joy that you brought me and so many others over the years. Please take a break for yourself and come back when you're ready. We will be waiting happy and joyful.
To tell a weird anecdote, I’ve been using your videos to fall asleep to a lot recently (hopefully not a concerning thing to learn, and according to the replies it’s not uncommon 😁) and watching your stuff always puts me in a good mood. I had so much fun watching this video with my siblings, seeing all of the 2022 highlights has made me realize how many hours I've spent watching RT's content for a good laugh or to just cheer up and take a small break from life, and I do not regret any of it. UA-cam really needs to fix themselves. All of RT's content is a masterpiece and will always be a masterpiece. There is no reason why his videos should be getting age restricted and demonetized.
RT is such a genuine person too. The fact that UA-cam is doing this to him is nothing short of disgraceful
let's be real for a second: YT has certain guidelines for a reason: advertisers. Nobody can make money on this platform without them. The fact that they change the policies, apply them retroactively, don't cite the violative content until you appeal, and then don't allow you to fix the content and have the video restored (because that would be a "second appeal") is bananas! Whether you think it's a 'masterpiece' is irrelevant. The problem here is how creators are being treated in regards to policy enforcement. It's hugely disrespectful and fully illogical.
I got so emotional watching his video talking about this video getting taken down, UA-cam has no right to do this to him. He is such a great person, and honestly none of his content is even remotely concerning enough to be so ruthless with his videos.
I mean, annoyingly youtube have every right to do so. But it certainly does raise the question of whether they should employ those rights in these ways. Goodness knows they are taking the p**s with it. I sure hope we get a viable alternative to this nonsense someday, if only for the creators sake. Imagine having something like the old youtube back, without that nonsense algorithm where you can actually discover new creators. wouldn't that be something... 😮💨

You're my absolute favourite content creator on UA-cam. Your voice is constantly coming out of my headphones while I do chores, work assignments, sitting in public transportation etc. and you've truly made me laugh and replay certain parts of your videos so many times this year. You put a smile on my face so often, even when most days were gloomy and depressing.

I cannot imagine UA-cam as a platform without RT. It takes so much love and care to make content every week, to upload videos and to enjoy what you do wholeheartedly. To have that passion and love ripped away from someone is just plain cruel. We're all rooting for things to go better than they have been and if 2022 was the best year for you, it was just as amazing for us. We can do this if we all work together.

It may sound corny, but there’s been days where watching your videos felt like coming home from a long, tough day. Just sitting there, turning UA-cam to watch some of your videos, and playing them expecting nothing but you and your play-throughs. But once those 30 minutes of highlights passed by, I always felt afterwards like everything was going to be okay, no matter what.
So no matter what, I’m sure you will find a way to get through all of UA-cam’s unfair decisions, because I believe in you, Daniel, and I believe in the amazing work you’ve done during these recent years. This is my first real time commenting on…really any YT video, mostly out of just a fear of lacking transparency, but your restriction video made me want to say something. Just…thanks. Thanks for being one of the most consistently fun and entertaining content creators I’ve followed. I started watching around 2020 after a funny build project for a mall filled with beautifully morbid shops and I’ve been watching since. Your jokes, reactions, banter with chat, and everything is consistently enjoyable while never feeling forced. It was weird yet fun watching you coordinate a mass Minecraft reconstruction of our planet, spend hours hunting a sheep only to use it to mow down the entire Pokémon league, ruin cities and skylines with spaghettified junctions, press an entire party of people into wine, show of the Drift King legacy, and so much more great content. You managed to get me invested in new series and ideas, watching you become such a tyrannically wonderful king, conquering the ocean with a penguin, tackle plenty of wild indie and smaller games, shank the spire, herd slimes for the sake of capital, and plenty more new interests. And it was so invigorating when you checked out a series I loved so much. Proving you were a lawyer with a badge, dealing with dubious beverage blockades in Hollow Knight, creating the ultimate product empire of Pelican Town, discovering the horrors of Kirby, doing…about the average things in Miitopia, and most recently, overthrowing god. And after seeing what’s happened to you and plenty of other content creators, I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. I can’t properly watch the video, but I did manage to see the first half before it was blocked, so I don’t feel ashamed in giving this the like it deserves. Again, thank you, your editors, collaborators, and everyone else who’s helped bring this channel to life: even chat. I know there isn’t much I can really do other than spread the word, but if the best I can do is to show you’ve reached some people, then I’m happy to help. I first found this channel back in 2019 alongside my sister. You were a source of comfort and stability during some of the worst years of our lives back then, and we can't thank you enough for everything you've done and will continue to do.
My twin brother and I are in the same situation. RT has given us so much comfort the past few years.

I never comment on videos but I figured since the whole issue with content restriction has been set ablaze, this is the least I could do is express my support.
RT you have been my favorite content creator since I started college, and now I'm graduated (6 years later) and with a full time job. I've watched your content through one of the most brutal transitional parts of my life, became an adult, and I used your content as a safe haven for some of the worst years I have experienced. There are playthroughs on your channel that I can click on and remember the exact era of my life in which I watched every single one of those videos. My life unfortunately has been riddled with trauma, but this channel alone got me through almost every single one of those horrible moments, brought a smile to my face during those times of extreme suffering. Back then I watched your videos from my lonely apartment, now I watch them in the comfort of my new city home with my partner, even my new kitten sleeps next to my computer when he hears your voice. Your videos are a source of joy, laughter, happiness, and so much more to so many people, even some cats out there. If you choose to leave UA-cam, I will absolutely gladly follow you and your content wherever you choose to go. From the bottom of my heart and soul, thank you, thank you for everything you have ever done and will continue to do and create.

This whole situation is miserable, and I hope it gets resolved soon. Your content has helped me cope with my depression while I'm studying away at university. I play your videos pretty much 24/7 while I do everything. I've had to prove how old I am to keep watching your content which for anxiety and paranoia is a terrifying experience even though I'm an adult. I can't simply put how incredibly uplifting and reassuring your content makes me feel, and how much (over the past however many years I've watched) enjoyment and genuine happiness you've given me and many others through your content, especially younger viewers (not kids). When i was younger and started watching, this was the only cope I had with my issues, and to know other young adults (or those who don't want to prove) may not have access to your entertainment genuinely hurts me, because then I wouldn't have had this to help the worse parts of my life. People don't realise how much a voice in the background can help with loneliness or anxiety. UA-cam is treating someone's livelihood as a game and playing with it; shockingly inappropriate. I really hope this gets fixed soon so that many other viewers, and myself, can experience those moments with you again and again.

I haven’t had a chance to watch yet, but I’m commenting before I do because of the demonetization video. The RTGame channel found its way on my UA-cam recommendation page with silly little minecraft builds by the community during one of the WORST times in my life. I was at a low I’ve never known before, and watching your videos were some of the only moments I laughed genuinely during those times. Through you I found CallmeKevin and the rest of the Irish lads and you all brought such comfort to a heart that was aching alone. I talk about this channel and Daniel (dad) as if it truly were family making this content, because it’s that touching and that amazing to be a part of this community. You have given so much to your community by being genuine and by being you, and I can say from the bottom of my heart, this community will stand behind you just as hard as you’ve stood for us. My girlfriend introduced me to you rt, but over the past year I've binged all i could of your channel, often times having you on my laptop as i fall asleep to help with my tinnitus rather than my boring rain sounds. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all that you do and the lulls of this year you've filled in many peoples lives. This year was greatly increased in quality for me having a new community and catalogue of content to go through, I and many others can tell you put your heart and soul into this. Bless you, I've had tinnitus since childhood, and have just had to grit my teeth and bare it. I mentioned this problem to my current doctor, and the dumbrass said, "The only people I know of who have tinnitus are those who are losing their hearing." My hearing has always been better than average. So, some nights the tinnitus keeps me awake, and other nights the sound of my refrigerator running keeps me awake. So, hang in there! Btw, have you tried whitenoise sound generators?

I truly believe that 2022 has really been a game changer for this channel with the amount of people’s favourite games RT played this year from Elden Ring to Persona and got to experience all of it while modding for the channel for over a year with all of it coming back to that one time RT watched paint dry.

I've been watching you since your first sims video and a couple of months ago I went through a traumatic event which I'm going to therapy for. I couldn't sleep for days and started to use your streaming vods and videos to fall asleep or get through panic attacks which helped me tremendously because the streams are always so chill and fun. I'm doing a bit better now and I want to massively thank you for bringing such amazing content this year and being my favourite content creator on this platform. It sucks that UA-cam is too focused on trying to become a kid friendly website and leaving its creators in the dark instead of helping them to reach their full potential. I think my single most favorite moment is when Dan realizes that Sebastian being called Sebby is canon. He sounds so confused and distraught at the idea of his silly nickname being real. This was definitely my favorite year of watching your content and I can't express in words how excited I am for 2023 as a whole.

It's been a hectic year for me with starting college and moving out of the house. And I have yet to watch that much of RT's content over the year. So, watching some of the best clips from 2022 really made me happy. It took me almost two weeks to sit down and watch this video and its entirety. But I did it because I love RT's and I love his content. I'm almost 20 years old, and that's not very old. But I've been watching UA-cam my whole life. I remember the first UA-cam video and how much joy it brought me, and how there was this access to free content that people could create and use to inspire and make people happy. When people ask what's the primary source of content I watch, it's usually UA-cam. I'm always watching UA-cam and am so glad to support the creators. I've seen UA-cam change so much, and I don't always think for the better. This is one of those instances where I feel that UA-cam needs to take a step back and think about what the fuck they're doing.
Thank you RT's for the joy that you brought me and so many others over the years. Please take a break for yourself and come back when you're ready. We will be waiting happy and joyful.
To tell a weird anecdote, I’ve been using your videos to fall asleep to a lot recently (hopefully not a concerning thing to learn, and according to the replies it’s not uncommon 😁) and watching your stuff always puts me in a good mood. I can’t recall any scenarios where one of your videos yanked me out of a horrible mood, but I attribute my horrible memory to that.

I had so much fun watching this video with my siblings, seeing all of the 2022 highlights has made me realize how many hours I've spent watching RT's content for a good laugh or to just cheer up and take a small break from life, and I do not regret any of it.
I'm just really sad that one of the videos I had such good time with has been age-restricted from UA-cam and I really hope they lift it.

I was fortunate enough to watch this video before it got age restricted and it reminded me how much of a blast this year was.
