gi osteotomy ni siya actually. but wala lang gi alar trim ni doc kay mao iyang suggestion, dili lang sah ko mag alar trim para dili drastic ang change. hehe. and it's still swelling pa jud. adto pa ta ka judge jud if mugawas na jud ang final result. hehe thanks ;)
