    thanks would of been perfect if you then described lesions in each lobe on the right to put the lobe overlaping problem to rest

    So, obviously, when we're looking at the lateral view, we are looking at the left lateral view. You don't say this. Also, when we look at the anterior view of the right lung, we are actually looking at it posteriorly. You don't say this either. Clean up your act.
