Dream's style will have to change in 1.17. I know that he delays leaving a crafting table gui so that advancements don't show up until he's done. That has changed in 1.17. Now as soon as you create something or acquire diamonds and such it updates the advancement.
They should honestly make a rule against camping the portal. Because there is also a rule that Dream can't "Nether Travel." So the hunters could just always wait for him at the portal.
That is why Dream has been called a legend (for me I call him a legend)Same as for his ultimate rival Technoblade, I also call him a legend . Btw , good reaction. Although this video was a few months ago . Love your videos
