Back in my teens id use straps with raw lead inside them and wrap them around each anckle adding 5.10kg to each leg while doing my running n jumping just for the Hey of it..got the idea from Dbz back in the early 90s longstory short doing this increased my running and jumping abilities i could do 5km runs in 20mins would also strap some round the wrists when swimming...u create muscle u never thought u had
