SIP construction ( structural insulated panels ) has been used in Canada for at least 40+ years. They are a more energy efficient way of building homes but structurally are often not as strong as a framed home. One more thing, in a colder climate you need more insulation in a floor than in the walls and more than twice as much in the attic or ceiling.

Chegue quando chegar ao aterrizar aqui o preço será mais caro que qualquer outra tecnica criada para ser mais barata. Essa é a lógica da construção no Brasil. Se for mais barato ou não vai ter para vender ou vão inventar que por ser econômica tem que ter um custo adicional por cortar custos na obra. Infelizmente no Brasil a verdadeira casa popular é o barraco e o verdadeiro carro popular é o carro velho/usado. Infelizmente.

This winter: snow 70 cm on the roof, at night - 22 degrees. Walls/floor/roof of 150 mm insulation - everything is fine! I live in Russia
heating: underfloor heating + antifreeze + electric boiler!
If only this construction method was available in Australia!
