Billups isn't going anywhere because they absolutely will not pay 2 HCs. Which is ok because tanking one more year for that 2025 draft is a good idea.

I would like to see Becky Hammon as an NBA HC, but I'm not sure this is the right kind of team for her first attempt as an NBA HC.
She needs to take over a stacked squad primed for a championship so to continue her mythos.

Portland will never run out of fans. One of the best fanbases in the league especially since the Sonics left Seattle
I agree Blazers have terrific fans in the NW. I was speaking of drawing in NBA fans. There's a huge faction of fans that just love NBA basketball, and follow teams when they play exciting games. Blazers have lost so badly for 3 years straight, the general NBA fans aren't checking in. Part of the reason why "viewership" numbers dropped ~50%.
