The surge isnt an issue always while playing bibi, thing is that they did nothing against surge, and he played trash against stu and bo, because bo should get completely wrecked by bibi and stu is balanced against bibi, and 1 thing id change in his gameplay against stu is predicting his supers, sometimes atacking backwards
