Hey Anita, I tried to register an account on the website. It required me posting a pdf file of my passport and the file must not exceed 2MB. However, it keeps showing me that "file is not accepted" when my pdf file is only 1MB. Also, when I scanned the passport, I just scanned the first 2 pages (one show my information, the other shows the issueing department and their signature). Is it enough? Or should I scan others pages as well?

Hi, I already got accepted into one university but I didn't do the pre-enrollment yet do I need to do this before applying for MAECI?
I am asking this because the pre-enrollment is on 15 July , and I am not sure if the winners of the scholarships are going to be announced until then
