Always bothered me that the online raids didn’t have the introductions with the Orcs. That’s like one of the biggest hype ups to doing these, because the enemy overlord talks shit and then 2 of your guys are like “No u”
@@JesusProtects there's 2 online modes, online vengeance, where you kill the orc that killed another player, and online siege, where you attack another players fortress, this dose not effect their fortress in their game, but they are rewarded based on how well they defended.
personally speaking, I tend to be one of those types who while attacking your fortress.....will then also steal your own captains to use against you. basically, i don't like to kill off potential minions.
So am I, I always dominate captains where possible because I find them very useful throughout to help finish it faster. I also find it much easier to dominate broken captains than finish them off.
The saddest part about this game is when you’ve had an orc captain or Warchief for the longest time and they are OP and have won you several battles and then you do a defense and you get overran. You can’t make it to them in time or they are just suddenly killed
Watching this in the year 2020 makes me smile, considering nowadays the max level of the orcs goes up to 85...which kinda makes the level 60 orc sieges feeling like a a walk in the park.
Does anyone feel like Nazgul Talion could just be in general improved? Like just small things , like more lines from Uruks about u being a Ringwraith , and changing Talion's banner fro Celebrimbor's hammer to say the broken Acharn . Also they need to add better skins for the legendary armors in the game as they're essentially the same thing over and over really.

Isa Gholston I disagree I liked when celebrimbor talked to tailon it made them seem less like a duo of murdering Orcs and branding orcs or melting there brand and then murder them and more human and your really got to hear there personalities like I remember that I picked up a helmet and celebrimbor with his high ego said something on the lines of this is good work for what resources they had and tailion said that’s the closes you got to saying good things to a fellow crafts men it just shows how much time the devs took in making these lines and no body talks about how great they are

i did a level 1000 online conquest at nurnen, i thought i wasnt going to do it in a good time, till i found out all the war chiefs flee in terror at the sight of morgai flies, and at nurnen there is a morgai fly nest at every point, and the overlord was terrified by grouh you can summon, it took 5 minutes to capture the fort
Nakra the Militant reminded me of my own great warrior. Kugá the Killer. He was only level 27 when he was branded, but that Orc survived 6 pit fights, killed roughly 20 Captains while branded by me (26 if you count the 6 captains he killed during the assault on Sauron's fortress), and ultimately died on the battlefield during the assault on Sauron's fortress. He shall never be forgotten. And neither shal Nakra the Militant.
I would not call it ultimate since he only had epic warchiefs.A fort with all legendary warchiefs and their bodyguards legendary would be ultimate. I've managed to make my gorgoroth fortress with all legendary warchiefs but only epic bodyguards
my army i have, ive had all of these 7 Ologs ever since level 5, i leveled them along side with me and i would use them in every battle. so if i see one bleeding out. i forget what im doing and run through the hordes to revive him. they all have Savage armies, a fire weapon, and they are all legendary ranks. ive probably spent like 50000 Marian's on each one, so its crucial i revive them, plus ive also had each one as my body guard for like 10 levels xD. well my old overlord bled out because my fortress got captured, then i went to get my overlord, but i killed the captain and for some reason my overlord partner bled out, sad day and then out of nowhere, i got knocked by a super orc, and guess who comes running? Ar-Henok The Avenger, my overlord partner, i was so hyped.
When I first got the game I thought it was a free roam where you kill orca but then I realized that there are missions and you can do so much more like raiding a fortress
I try to avoid the “Defying Death“ like at 15:12 by either recruiting or shaming them while they’re still broken (green) once I hit level 60. As a benefit of recruitment, that’s an extra Captain on your side and the siege should go faster.

Hey... I have a question, I do not own Shadow of War but.. Can you capture such fortress like this without having a high lvl (the player's army)? I'm talking about player's skill here. Oh and one other thing, can players defend their fortresses?
Jack Mercer early game you will only go up against fortresses surrounding your level, in online conquest as you progress your level, higher leveled fortresses will be appearing.
Jack Mercer fow what i have seen, you can conquer the castle yes but if you are a low level it will be tough but you cannot recruit others orcs higher than your lvl, i’m talking in offline, but online you can recruit them to aid you in the siege but you cannot take them with you. And 2; players cant defend their fortress it depends in how strong is your army
Only in story offline mode can you capture fortresses without needing an army. However Online Conquest you should really have one, but you never know when just rambo'ing the thing might work.
You could've saved yourself several minutes if you just combat drain and then shame the overlord. Unless you were just going for showy, drawn out gameplay then by all means execute away.

lol just play the game. I'm only level 52 and have already spent more than 300k mirian on chests, and now have an additional 200k mirian I don't plan on doing anything with because I still have more than 100 orcs and 30 legendaries just sitting in inventory collecting dust.
You seem to know how this game works pretty good so I wanted to see if you or anyone for that matter had an opinion on a set build I am working on. I wanted to do the 4 set bonus for the machine legendary set and the 2 set bonus for warmonger. The build will revolve around setting grunts on fire and gaining health back and also causing chaos with the explosives. What do you think? I feel like the health gain will be pretty good and I already got the warmonger sword and I seem to build up might quickly enough to be able to practically spam elven light lol.

I always like making my Overlords those giant Trolls who have the PAIN-SEEKER name cuz those guys regenerate in the middle of Battle. I scored a good one with a Dragon-Cannon Flamethrower he carries around on his back.
I feel like people seriously underestimate Lifeblood and Undead Assault Captains with the Ringwraith gear equipped. Hell, put Flame Warder and Poison Master on a tank and suddenly it’s like their fire vulnerability is nonexistent while they’re all doing 65% more damage.
I remember how fucked up was the savages in the beginning, i had a fortress with 700 defense rating only with my 3 savages lvl 25, everyone with the buffs to deal more damage and take less damage being savages, so they were strong af and i didn't know how to defeat them even at level 50
No, don't worry. They never die for your campaign, it's just to see "my maxed out best combo vs your maxed out best combo." It's nice from the developers because we still get awards with no repercussions.
How is this Fort 1000? Mine are around 570 filled with Lvl 60 Slayers and Berserkers mostly and a little bit of everything else like Assassins, Destroyers, Commanders & Tanks but this fort doesn't seem nearly as deadly as mine.
Bro i actually just spent half an hour killing an overlord I'm kinda new and so I'm low level and he could heal over half his health super quickly, he adapted to my bash, my vault, and my ground execution, he had savaged, the big orks I can't remember the name of, and archers on the sides. Also he was a defender. Now, the damage I did literally took me 15 minutes to kill him. But he was death defying. So yeah this game is masochism. I even had a bunch of followers and the like go ork I can't remember the name of
how da fuck 1k defense rating is possible? i got all warchiefs maxed with 2 bodyguards each(all level 60). and still its not surpassing 600 defense rating

I know its a bit late but how the fuck do u get a lvl 1000 rating? Mine only goes up to lvl 730 and im max lvl and have max lvl legendary warchiefs that also have max lvl legendary captains (Not that they add to the rating) and yet I'm stuck at 730?
I might be one of the few people who does this. But when I do sieges I always make sure to just _shame_ all the captains and never kill them (even at the cost of my own). I don't like to screw with other people's stuff.
songs nasty little late on replying (you might have already figured out the answer) but it depends on if you want to risk losing your best orks. That's the downside but the upside is it would be easier with your best orcs to increase your assault rating.
I really try to avoid using my best, I only use the ones that are hard to kill like Olog Berserkers & Tanks with Thick Skin and no major weakness, hell I couldn't kill them myself when I invade my own fort and I'm Lvl 60 maxed out.

Go for Origins, Shadow of War has good Gameplay, but Origins is so much better

how da fuck 1k defense rating is possible? i got all warchiefs maxed with 2 bodyguards each(all level 60). and still its not surpassing 600 defense rating
heard somewhere them fortress ratings go up when they succesfully defend. I dont play the game i just follow it a lot through YTube tho so don't take my word for fact.

I know its a bit late but how the fuck do u get a lvl 1000 rating? Mine only goes up to lvl 730 and im max lvl and have max lvl legendary warchiefs that also have max lvl legendary captains (Not that they add to the rating) and yet I'm stuck at 730?

I might be one of the few people who does this. But when I do sieges I always make sure to just _shame_ all the captains and never kill them (even at the cost of my own). I don't like to screw with other people's stuff.

Good gameplay but there was so many instances where you should've revived your Captains

Bassicly it either enrages, heals, or makes your grunts heads explode which make enemies flee depending on which upgrade you pick
do you use extendible warchiefs while in online conquest or bring your best I always use the orcs I dont really want
songs nasty little late on replying (you might have already figured out the answer) but it depends on if you want to risk losing your best orks. That's the downside but the upside is it would be easier with your best orcs to increase your assault rating.
I really try to avoid using my best, I only use the ones that are hard to kill like Olog Berserkers & Tanks with Thick Skin and no major weakness, hell I couldn't kill them myself when I invade my own fort and I'm Lvl 60 maxed out.
The ground punches are good on paper but terrible in practice being able to be hit out of it
the overloards spear and shield where glitchy af when he picked them upp
