My name is Ryan Tafazolli, pro footballer for Wycombe Wanderers in the Championship.
Here on my channel I’ll give you a unique insight into life as a pro footballer, what it's like on the training ground, the changing rooms & much more behind the scenes.
Not only that, as someone who has played professional football for the last 12 years, I’ve built up a vast amount of knowledge that I can share with you guys to help you become the best footballers.
I’ll show you with all the training drills I do on a day to day basis from passing, dribbling, shooting, fitness, recovery etc.
You'll also get an insight into the mental side of the game and how to prepare yourselves mentally for optimal performance come matchday.

Ref actually got the penalty decision right, i was there and thought was stone cold pen but your camera view showed Wycombe player looked for it, Cambridge player even pulled his leg back

Going through an injury myself at the moment (Rupture in my quadricep, hematoma and muscle contusion) definitely going to implement the “Bulletproof your hammies” exercises while I’m out….
