I grew up in Johnson County. When I was abt 4-5 yrs old. David Merrills pick up horse was gord by 007 happy hooked in the arena. The horse died in that arena. This video brings back memories. Did you ever hear of a bull fighter by the name Jeff Grigsby. Saw him there. And that's the arena I first saw Frank fight. I think he had just got his PRCA card. Enjoy your channel. From Oklahoma

Greg fought an exabition bull at Ty's PBR in Albacerque. It was past his time and bullfighting matches where not happening. Greg took a big hit when the bull ran full speed out of the shout and didn't take Greg's fake. Mean hit in the leg that sent him flying. The bull was done after that and wouldnt hook up. Greg sat on the fence talking to me wondering if he could and should fight the refight bull. He cowboyed up and fought the next bull as good as ever. Exhibition refight for the crowd, with hurt legs, to keep the sport alive. Champion American Bullfighter. Thanks Team Cody

It gives the bull something else to contend with so he doesn't turn his energy to jumping out of the arena or hooking the barrel all the time. It slows his mind down and he focus on what's inmportant bullfighter. Also it provides more action.
They don't "Rodeo" "Americas #1 Sport" for nothing.!!!!!
