I love ur choices in clothing and shoes. For the planter fasciitis u do NOT need pills. I used to have severe planter fasciitis. What got me off it were two exercises i got from a physyio therapist. One, u need to stretch ur calves 5x a day for 3 times 10 second each calf. Second u need to do toe raises daily to strengthen ur calves. This will get u off ur planter fasciitis easily. And if u feel that it is coming back, do the exercises daily again. And yes, proper shoes are important.
