Restructing Nigeria is necesarry. As long as a country is politically stable and relatively large a decentralised country is rich and a centralised one is poor. It really is just that simple, and this fact becomes more pronounced the larger the country gets. The work begins to become too much when you begin to approach a million residents, and Nigeria has centralised that number 200 times over. Even unitary states are decentralised, otherwise they can never be prosperous. The difference is their decentralisation is a matter of legislative law rather than constitutional law. Nigeria must decentralise otherwise it can't grow, if it does the growth over the next 20-30 years will amaze.
