Phalatse outlines qualities a Joburg mayor must posses

The City of Johannesburg will have a new mayor before the end of August, says Johannesburg ANC. The metro has been chopping and changing mayors since the party lost its majority in 2016, often leading to political instability in the council. Former mayor Dr Mpho Phalatse explores the qualities that a Joburg mayor must have to bring change to the city.

The mayor must know how to get the job done .... mustn't be corrupt,ask specialists where you think you don't understand... especially on finances, electricity, water/sewage system, infrastructure,human settlement etc.(immigration)as well.
