This video will demonstrate how easy to cook Inihaw na Bangus, the simple, and easy way! What are you waiting for let's make a simple Inihaw na Bangus Recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pcs Milkfish/Bangus
2 minced medium size Onion
7 pcs diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce or Soy Sauce
1/8 cup finely minced Ginger
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
SAUCE
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 pcs chopped Chilis
5 pcs Calamansi juice/extract (or lemon)
PROCEDURE
1. Mix all together with the tomatoes, onions, oyster sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper then set aside.
2. Clean the fish and slice one side deep into the other but without going all the way through.
3. Rub salt on the outside and inside of the Milkfish
4. Put the stuffing inside the fish and spread evenly.
5. Tie the Milkish/Bangus with a thread.
5. Prepare and heat up the grill. Add oil to the grill and scrub.
6. Put the fish and cook each side for 15 - 20 minutes.
SAUCE:
1) Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, calamansi, and chili.

Honestly mas prefer ko tlga ang inihaw na bangus kesa inihaw na karne. Kahit na anong luto ng bangus mas gusto ko tlga kesa khit na anong karne.

Ang alam ko po, kapag binalutan ng foil, need kaliskisan, pero kapag derecho ihawan kagaya ng nasa video, hindi na po need.. Ganun po kasi ginagawa ko..hehe
