@@mikeeey300so basically the events of the first game happened after the second one. And it's a time loop where mono(character from the second game) and six are always gonna become monsters and keep getting THIER child versions defeating them it's so confusing but you'll get it once you finish

Ay Mikey, heres a small lore dump bout Little Nightmares as a whole everything BUT ALL OF LN1 SPOILER WARNING) so dont worry no first game here thst all you to interpret boss
*the Mobile Game: "Very Little Nightmares" was technically and canonically the first story that still honestly didn't explain much about the main girl from 1: Six
* Basically in this game, you play as a different raincoat wearing girl (she has a different hairstyle) that was connected to the lady from this game
*She crashed into a mansion and after a horrific adventure of running away from some rich telepathic girl and sacrificing her life to take her out to falling into the ocean she met our girl: Six she had the same plain depressed hsirstyle and was wearing plain clothes at the time and was one of several kidnapped children to be "Dolls" or playthings for this girl she met her helped her escape and was the last person to meet this girl, she however did NOT get the raincoat by that time.
*Little Nightmares 2 (COMICS) YES THERE WERE COMICS FOR BOTH GAMES basically Six washed ashore and has been hunted down bythe hunter and the best way i can shorten this for LN2 is it explains what happened to Six before the beginning of the second game, and Mono (the main Bag head kid you play as in 2) happened
*Little Nightmares 2 (GAME) (TL;DR: apparently the game was taking place in a a weird time loop mainly focused on Mono and Six basically went off to do her own thing after thst game...despite its still a timeloop that only Mono is forever stuck trying to basically take out past Six in that game) so Six thought Mono was a monster and just basicslly was pissed throughout the game of being hunted down, scared. Tormented, kidnapped SEVERAL TIMES, and at first she thought she could trust Mono she lost her trust the moment she looked at him close and realized he was the same as the Thin man (the TALL TV DUDE) but because of what transpired Mono didnt know or understood why Six did what she did, so he got pissed and gor corrupted by this tall tower theyvwere trapped in and all the people (especially in the first few games) were controlled, absorbed, and corrupted by this tower in LN2 thst used Mononpretty much like a puppet and as a Fuel core
*why did this matter?- Six got affected from the influence of the flesh tower in Ln2 and was stuck in this corrupted dream world where she felt safe (also she eventually got the raincoat washed ashore from Very Little Nightmares 2 in the middle) and on top of that whatever Older Mono did to six as he grabbed her ripped another "Half" that would appear even in the first game when she is hungry and when separated) combined with Mono absorbing these weird glitched kids (it was a weird collectible) six somehow managed to absorb some of Mono's power before she dropped him and she escapes.......and in return she gained hunger and there was a pamphlet heading to the maw (the first gsme)
*Little Nightmares 1 (COMICS)- not much really happened it was pretty much just six trying to get to the maw and she did, she ended up getting captured and escsped within the area as it turned out she was after the power of the Lady (and she runs this really messed up resort like floating restaurant thst pretty much serves all kinds of food....and human meat from Both guests and even children)
And all of Little Nightmares 1 happened
(The runaway kid dlc is pretty much a middle game spoiler, so you'll know when you finish the first game)
