wow dire really is soaryns dad! he took him to the twillight forest because he hadnt gone before, and the twillight forest is like the disney world of minecraft. they were even talking about parts of it like rides (for example did you take him to one of the hollow hills? no I took him to one of the maze towers)
There's only one Ur-Ghast (per tower); the little guys are carminite ghastlings (and the bigger ones outside the tower that discourage lingering on the roofs are carminite ghastguards).
To use the ghast trap, you have to kill the minions, and when there is smoke coming from the ghast trap, you don't step on the preasure plate and it kills all the ghast except for the UR-ghast.
That sapling will generate one of those huge hollow trees 3 to 9 block diameter (not sure if its 4x4 or not) but it could be anywhere from a couple dozen to over a hundred blocks in height. according to the wiki it takes only one piece of bonemeal but there is a delay and if you use any more the bonemeal is wasted. Its a HUGE tree so plant it in an area with alot of space.
If you do come back and collect all those Uru Ghast spawners, I'd recommend you just make a Soul Shard outta 'em. With all the spawners you found, it'd be easy to get a Tier 5 Soul Shard of them.

Take the soulshard and right-klick the spawners, so you get a (if you have enough spawners) Tier 5 spawner which is a lot better than the spawners itself ^^

That "forcefield" in UR tower, you only can't place blocks which aren't part of tower, so for example - you can place reappearing blocks ot towerwood...
Eventually, you see, these mods are all in alpha/beta, so they use this server to test them for bugs, and because the developers of the mods are playing on the server, they can be informed and fix the bug as fast as possible. (so, once these mod versions are out of beta, they will all be free to the public)
No worries man I got this, in a general sense he was right you can no longer just place torches on the spawner to stop it. You must put torches around the spawning area which is 16x16 or one chunk. Also aljosa needs to know how to spell before he comments on a video....EVER.
TS is for games its designed to make chatting easier with less resource usage. Skype is for videocalling, family and friends. WHY? Because Skype hogs the computer. That's not really a problem for most of today's computers, but still sometimes that extra usage can cost a lot!
Gregtech does not make macerators need diamonds. Gregtech is a great mod the only problem is that it makes the game much more grindier in the beggining
its not direwolf20 pack it is a special pack of mods that are in a testing form so the mod developers can test their and each others mods to make sure they work.
Nearly everything Gregtech changes you can disable in the config file. So if you enable that a macerator needs diamonds it needs them. I personally like gregtech, but I disable all the Recipechanging.
they replaced those packs with Unhinged, a gregtech based modpack, unchained (Code FTBUnhinged), Unleashed, the new "ultimate" pack (code FTBUnleashed) and direwolf2.0 which is the new direwolf20 pack designed by direwolf and he has a video about it a few days ago
mh i don't think it is direwolfs own modpack. they are playing on forgecraft where they test different mods to see if they work together. and they are searching for bugs on it aswell
Well Ive seen several of these in Mindcrack and other LPs you cant break the wood with an axe (at least not easily) its kinda like the thaumic arcane wood blocks that only the person placing them can break them .

This was more epic than when you preteneded that it was a wither and enderman at the top.

You need to plant the robust sapling near your overworld base. They grow the full size twilight oak trees.
The robust twilight sapling is something that you should plant in the middle of your base, then bone meal it.
Now that was a boss fight, really like how that was set up.

If I remember correctly, a robust Twilight oak is just a very, very large tree. And yes, the diamond and gold are indeed fakes.
It's a private modpack for the ForgeCraft server. Has bleeding edge (not released beta build) mods, so they can't release it to the public.

Dire can make diamonds with his IC2 setups. BTW you can vanilla shapeless combine the charms into higher tier charms.

Yes the DW 20 pack does have all the MODS that are on forgecraft but not the VERSIONS of the mods...So it's not the same thing.
