Would you please guide me about this scenario
I have a hunt group with 2 extension.
From outside people connect to this hunt and wait for connecting to operator
But I need one more thing
When the operator is not answer the call must forward to another extension and if it not answer again the notification must send to a group of extension with pickup notice
Do you know how we can do that
We do this but everyone in waiting line are forwarding to another extension
I want to right given extension for 3 times and if no one pickup the phone then forward to the mobile number is this possible?
configure new extension without phone ? please guide
