WPF XAML projects do have designer . WinUI 3 UI library for WPF doesn't support designer for now. But there are workarounds. Please take a look at my channel for the XAML no designer video in this series

Its inaccurate and inefficient for dynamic change The pros usually drag and drop on WireFrame and design software like Figma and XD if you are on the Microsoft side there's Publisher all of the software must code to define the UI

I used to make these desktop app
But now i have to abandon this because the users that use laptop and pc are too low compare to phone right now
