Do your proper homework before branding chakma as refugees/foreigner.
Whoever said what the reality won't change as chakma are Indian since immemorial time of undivided India. It is very unfortunate that chakma became homeless in their own motherland i, e. india after partition of India. And Like others, chakma also fought against Britishers for obtaining India's Independence - chakma do have undocumented freedom fighters.
Chakma are constitutional recognized Tribal /scheduled tribe of India. Chakma were, are and will remain as Indian. No one can snatch this status from the people of chakma. Please read the judgements of Supreme Court - year 1996 and 2015.
