Thank you Ma. You're the best I've watched. What happens behind is what I've always been looking out for, I've gotten it now. Thank you so much. God bless you
First to comment. Been waiting for this gele and you didn't disappoint. Thank you so much for always coming through. You don't know how much I love you.
Mercy Ajiri Adaighofua Thank you so much for watching. I didn’t tie the whole bunch at once. I scrunched half of the flap and used it to secure the Gele so it doesn’t unravel. Then I rearranged the front making sure that everything is where I want before doing a second knot at the back. For the second knot i didn’t pull tightly so I don’t scatter everything I’ve done. Please watch the video again to fully understand what I’m saying. If it’s of any help, I’ll do a tutorial on how i knot my Gele in my subsequent videos. God bless you. 🥰😍😘
Good job , my question is how can you tie it without help of someone holding for you because am tiring it on baby's head and am not yet getting the step please put me true
Owambe Gele is usually 3 layers and about 72 inches long while bridal gele could be 4,5 or 6 layers and is way longer than the owambe gele. Usually between 80 to 100 inches. inches.
If you noticed, I didn’t tie all the pleats at once. What happens when you pull all the pleats at once is that you either end up losing them or they become too bulky and won’t sit where want it to sit. I’ll advise you replay that end as many times as it takes to understand it. Then practice a lot. Hope this helps.

Please wen you took the pleats to the left ear did you pin down some parts?
No but you can pin it ig you don't have anyone to hold for you or you find it difficult to control the pleats.
I have always tried tieing at the bck..but it get loosed the front pleats will not stand again
Don't tie everything at once
Please if the gele is big will I still use the 30:70
No. You'll use 45:55. You can check my precious video on how to tie bridal round gele.
Good job , my question is how can you tie it without help of someone holding for you because am tiring it on baby's head and am not yet getting the step please put me true
Use pins to secure as you go along.
And o i forgot.
How do i differentiate between owambe gele and bridal gele?
Owambe Gele is usually 3 layers and about 72 inches long while bridal gele could be 4,5 or 6 layers and is way longer than the owambe gele. Usually between 80 to 100 inches. inches.
