My instinct is that Bobby is a good man. As someone who was homeless as a child myself, no family to rely on, it’s not easy. Not just in a practical way, but not having that person close to you that you can rely on to offload your stress. It’s makes life pretty brutal. Nuff love Bobby.

I’ve rolled with a lot of people, wrestlers, sambo, jiu jitsu guys all different weights, high level, mid, and low and no one’s strength matched that of a noob who took PEDs for just a few months. Almost tapped me with a position that wasn’t even a sub, wrist control was insane and just 2 months prior I was tossing that dude around subbing him like it was nothing. Dude came back with a full beard and gorilla strength. Had to survive and wait till the dummy gassed out.
Honestly after watching this interview I have a lot of respect for this guy. I had no idea he grew up in foster care or that he's taken all of his fights on such short notice...

What does that supplement do?

It increases your hormones , estrogen and testosterone. Essentially your performance is based on your testosterone to estrogen ratio, so it’s not a real performance benefit for most people.
It also assist with sugar metabolism, and your bodies digestion of sugar.
Overall MAY be a healthy supplement for some.
He’s verY right though , go to Walmart and get it for 5 bucks or less. It’s not a PED

It doesn’t seem to raise your t and e levels to the dramatic level that synthetic steroids do.
