Ho brah, great video. Awesome shirt too. However, can you tell me why you allow the noni to sweat the juice and not just squish em? ~fun idea might be to incorporate the juice into kombucha.
Great question! Noni juice may be fermented versus unfermented, or fresh-squeezed versus drip-extracted. The “traditional” juice is both drip-extracted and fermented/aged for at least two months. The “non-traditional” method of juice extraction is by pressing or squeezing the juice from ripe fruits. Noni juices may be amended with other additives or diluted, or bottled in its pure state. Some people find that fermentation changes the chemical profile, destroying all of the digestive enzymes and 50 percent of noni’s 165 beneficial compounds.
❤❤❤
Noni is my favorite. Love this video. Mahalo
Such a great medicinal plant! Mahalo for watching. Stay tuned for more! Aloha
I am avid buyer of Big Island Noni! I would love a tour of the farm!
If you put the noni in the jar and keep pouring the juice out, about how long before you toss the noni and start with a fresh batch?
