Irish people are nice. They have always been willing to give money and prayers to countries that need help. I remember growing up with “poor boxes” for starving children in Africa. At school we would get a small box to fill with donations from friends, family and neighbors for people in starving countries. Dear Irish people, perhaps you can sympathise with what English folk have experienced for a long time - ie seeing the demographics of their own hometowns and cities completely change - (I could write a book). It only seems now that people are speaking up about it. But it's all too late for England. We in these islands have not fought hard or loud enough to keep our own way of life, but we're not allowed to anyway! the laws are not on 'our' side anymore. The politicians have given it all away with the blessings of the wokes and academics! It's all about "numbers" - and you cannot put the genie back into the bottle. Irish people are nice. They have always been willing to give money and prayers to countries that need help. I remember growing up with “poor boxes” for starving children in Africa. At school we would get a small box to fill with donations from friends, family and neighbors for people in starving countries. The Irish government have taken advantage of the kind heartedness of the Irish people….times have changed and the Irish people do not have enough to share anymore. Now they are struggling and they are battling internally with their innate desire to help immigrants, but to also help themselves. Ireland is a very small country with a small population. They were already conquered by the English to the point where their language is hardly spoken (bygones), and now with mass immigration they are losing their identity.
Government should represent the people…not the elites who are not struggling and who don’t care about the people.

As an American, I am absolutely horrified. How on Earth can the Irish government do something like this to its own people? Why would the government of Ireland do this to its own country? An economic solution that worked in the 1800s and 1900s isn't appropriate in the 21st century. Americans are now beginning to wake up to that fact. Moreover, in the case of Ireland, the immigrants population does not share any of the cultural values of the Irish people-which means this will inevitably lead to an unstable government and internal wars.
