Hi, you may try disconnecting injector sockets one by one .try starting, if it starts when one of the injector is unplugged and others on place, that's the culprit. Hope this helps.
Ford ikon fuel pump problem ...when driving the car on long drives the petrol supply stops slowly. When AC turned on for a while this problem arises too ... 2006 ford ikon petrol 2006 1.3 flair.

The other time I went from Chittoor to arakkonam till then it was fine and I ran AC at stand still, then tried to move the problem arose, I drove to Chennai with the problem. Made many stops along the way.
